Enjoy your stay in this clean four bedroom two bath home with relaxing sparkling private play pool vacation home away from home. This home offers plenty of rooms for big family vacationers or large group of people and can be slept by ten adults comfortably.
The large master's bedroom includes a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, private bath and tub. The second guest room includes queen-size bed and closet. The third guest room has day-bed and pull-out trundle-bed and closet. Fourth guest room has queen bed, closet, little computer desk for your writing pad and laptop, etc. Beautiful linens, towels, kitchen utensils and utilities are provided.

Kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with 4 more matching stools, double door fridge (perpect for those large party platters) water dispenser and ice maker. Coffee/Tea service, blender and all the accessories, lots of extra space cabinets.

Our home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, if you require additional cleaning services during your stay, they are available for an additional cost.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood cul de-sac area, middle of the City of Glendale and surrounded by large green landscaping, 5 miles away from brand new Glendale Arena, the future Cardinals Football Stadium. Overall, my experience at the home was satisfactory. The property was clean upon arrival, and I did not encounter any pest issues. It is evident that Ed has made efforts to maintain the home; however, there are some areas that require attention.The house, being approximately 20 years old, shows signs of wear and tear. While the owner has made some repairs and upgrades, they appear to have been done with cost-saving measures in mind, which is noticeable. The furnishings seem to be a collection of mismatched items, reminiscent of a yard sale, and the kitchenware appears to be a hodgepodge of leftover items from previous guests. Additionally, the kitchen cabinets and appliances are in need of replacement.Also noted the absence of outdoor furnishings, such as chairs or a table, on the pool porch. Although a pool maintenance service was scheduled weekly, the pool remained unclean, as the service only swept the surface, failing to address the underlying dirt. Ed had mentioned the provision of a pool vacuum, but this never did not materialize, leaving the pool in less-than-ideal condition.During my two-month stay, I encountered some challenges regarding access to certain amenities. The owner did not provide me with the garage door opener or keys for the mailbox, side door, or side gate, despite the fact that remotes are readily available for purchase and easy to program.Would I consider staying at this property again? Perhaps, but only with clear agreements in ad

Large property

Overall, it was good. However, the property could use some updating as it looks a bit rundown. The WiFi is extremely slow and the TV has no cable, only internet TV which is also slow. We had to stream off our IPAD to watch local channels and football games. The beds were not the most comfortable but there were a lot to choose from. The property is at the end of a quiet street, however there is a busy road on the other side and all you hear is traffic and sirens. The kitchen could also use some additional silverware and glasses. (There are only 2 drinking glasses).

Baseball tournament weekend

We stayed in this house in Glendale during a 4 day baseball tournament for our 2 boys in the Glendale/Peoria area. It was conveniently located for the places we had to go and the kids loved getting in the pool after playing in the hot sun all day. Overall a great stay. We did use the oven and kitchen a lot as well since we have a large family so it is easier than eating out all the time. The house had plenty of bathroom towels, but could use a few kitchen cloths and kitchen towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

Another amazing stay!

This is our second time renting this property for Phoenix Fan Fusion. It's a short drive from the convention center with shopping conveniently located just around the corner. The house has plenty of space for everyone and the pool is a great way to cool down after walking the convention all day. Communicating with Ed is easy and quick. Absolutely recommend this property and we're already planning our trip next year!

Lots of room. Pretty clean, there was a used mask hanging on a plant. We didn’t really cook, had all dishes/silverware needed. Didn’t see check out instructions? Safe and Convenient Location

Check in was easy and the location was great. We felt safe and there was a few playgrounds near by for our 4 year old to play at. There hasn’t been a lot of money invested into the house and it shows. Wear and tear on the doors and baseboards. Decor and linens were outdated but at this price point it didn’t bother us. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

This was a decent house to stay in. Could use a better cleaning and the kitchen could use a restock in cookware. Sheets and towels were provided! Along with enough extra blankets and pillows. Host is good with checking in and making sure you are happy! Check in and out was easy.

The housekeeper didn’t do too well on cleaning I contacted the property manager he responded quickly and offered to send a cleaning crew I told him that we had went ahead and picked up where she didn’t. Overall the stay was great! Beautiful safe home lots of space for the family! Beautiful neighborhood!
