They did not have a wine opener. They did not leave enough towels for the group. The toilet paper was under a cabinet that did not look like it would even open, it was not visible so we could find it. They charged me and extra 50 dollars to wash the bed cover because according to them it was dirty. So, this means that they don't regular wash them. Therefore, this means that they don't wash it regularly, so you sleep in dirty ones.
