Our home will feel like your own private resort. Great open spaces with multiple hang out areas inside and out. Our professional-sized Basketball court, the private oasis was designed to give you everything. The Pool area is spacious, comfortable, and exactly where you will want to spend your time. Day or Night, this outdoor living will provide all you want. Shady or Sunny lounge areas. Incredible landscape lighting keeps the fun going all night. along with the outdoor/ indoor sound system. Out door Kitchen, Surrounded by Arizona's beautiful landscape & lush desert, you will be taken away. .We take pride in offering an incredible getaway experience sharing our favorite getaway spot. The Pool/ Spa will always be clean and treated properly before you arrive.Pool has the option to be heated (At an additional cost) The interior is always deep cleaned and carefully cared for. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Lounge bag drop off only is $10 a bag
Lounge is $35 to hang out, drop bags of, have coffee, play pool, work, use of unlimited WIFI, watch TVs throughout and more
Lounge is $60 for all above with chef made food

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).

Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. You are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is a standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'

- Pool heating is optional and additional. We do not charge for hot tub
The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.

During your stay in this beautiful desert oasis, you may encounter some of Arizona's unique wildlife, including scorpions, snakes and desert insects. These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it's always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
