Horrible experince overall, i would not recommend anyone to stay, it doesn't not feel like a 4 or 5 star hotel at all. We were disappointed by the room, even though we stayed at executive suite it was a disappointment. To start we arrived at night, there are homeless sleeping outside the door, security took 10 minutes to let us in the door since it was locked. The front desk lady was rude and the room lacked basic necessities, they had two tiny water bottles and that was it! The phones were down so you cant call anyone for anything. Overpriced and not worth it, the hotels around it are better, trust me!
