Santa Fe-Style Modern Home has Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball/Pool/Spa/BBQ

Tennis or Pickleball anyone?! A newly built regulation-sized tennis court with pickleball lines and a basketball hoop sets our Courtside Villa property apart from the rest! Together with the heated pool & spa, built-in BBQ and two outdoor fire pits, this home has exceptional outdoor living space from which to enjoy the great Arizona weather. This fresh feeling home has been newly renovated and has all new transitional, comfortable furniture throughout. The newly renovated kitchen (2024) is equipped to prepare any size meal with dishes, bake ware, small appliances, serving pieces and lots of extras including a beverage refrigerator. Top quality pillow top mattresses and luxurious 660+tc hotel quality linens ensure a great night's sleep in any of the 4 bedrooms (3 King beds, 1 Queen bed). If additional sleeping space is needed, we also provide a Queen size and/or Twin size EZ Bed, which are both raised inflatable beds on frames at a normal bed height.

The bathrooms and laundry room are newly renovated with marble countertops and stainless steel fixtures - there is a new washer and dryer. The home has been fully repainted and features Saltillo tile flooring and wood beams throughout. Very spacious built-in closets are in each bedroom.

Enjoy all the comforts of home including 2 indoor and 2 outdoor fireplaces, a selection of board games, Free WiFi, expanded cable package with high definition channels, local area information, fitness equipment (free weights, yoga mat, fitness ball) and much more. For families traveling with young children, we gladly provide a pack n' play if needed.

Located in a quiet, southwestern neighborhood just minutes from Pinnacle Peak, Troon, the Four Seasons Resort and McDowell Mountain Regional Park hiking - and of course many world-class golf courses that this area is so well known for.

Relax and unwind in the shade of umbrellas or in the sun with many chaise loungers and outdoor seating areas. Or play pickleball, a set of tennis, splash in the newly resurfaced pool or relax in the spa - this resort-like setting is perfect for friends and family to enjoy!

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: We generally recommend that the pool be heated to the mid-80's between October 1st and June 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is available for $75/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum so definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

The Happy Valley Ranch!

This home was Clean, Comfortable and Beautiful! We loved the backyard! The bed was amazing. We cooked in the kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed! We will come back for sure.. maybe with our grandkids!

Backyard Oasis

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The backyard oasis was the highlight of our trip. We utilized the Pickleball court, spa, and heated pool nearly every day. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was spacious enough to accommodate our two families. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that added to our relaxing stay. Great for Girls Trip

We had a wonderful few days at the house! It was spotless, check in was easy and the house all all the amenities that we needed. Pool, hot tub and sport court were great. Neighborhood was very quiet. Near nice hikes, Fairmont for spa day. A little far from Old Town but do-able. Will be back!

Beautiful!

Beautiful, spacious, immaculate house! We had a wonderful vacation with family - loved hanging in pool and hot tub as well as playing tennis/pickleball/basketball right in our own backyard. Very well stocked house, had everything we could need for a great time. Property managers were wonderful. Would highly recommend a stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is a good bit north of downtown but a very nice area. The managers had it all ready to roll and we would def stay here again.

Prince Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home between Christmas and New Year's. The owner and house manager were very helpful and extremely responsive making check in and check out simple. The home is in perfect condition, very clean and has all new appliances (both kitchen and laundry) and flat screen TVs in practically every room. It is beautifully decorated and meticulously landscaped. The home is in a residential and very quiet neighborhood yet a short drive to the grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. The home itself offered plenty to do right outside the doors and is stocked with games, bikes/helmets, tennis/pickle ball equipment, cornhole, basketball, etc. We had a two year old, and the home came with a jogging stroller, pack n play and the door handles were very high making it impossible for him to open without an adult. The neighborhood is safe for walking, jogging and biking and the roads are relatively flat. The tennis court is in perfect condition and the pool and spa are both heated making it an oasis in the desert. The outside fire pit saved us from the cold of the evening and we gathered around it each night to relax from the day's activities. This vacation gave my family the chance to all be together under one roof and reconnect with each other. Just hated to leave! I would highly recommend this home to a small family seeking a get-away.

Amazing back yard!

We had a great stay, my only complaint would be that the pool landscaping needed to be cleaned out a little better. There were old bandages and cigarette butts. Also, the house had a lot of cob webs inside so it just looked like they cleaned it after the last renters and maybe needed to go back and freshin it up before we got there. Overall the check in and out process was easy and we had everything we needed for our family of 5. We absolutely loved the backyard and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and tennis court everyday.

Even Better than the pictures

The house is gorgeous, fully equipped, roomy, and even better than the pictures. The pool is gorgeous. On the smaller side but more than adequate. The jacuzzi even has a remote to turn it on and off. Great service. Effective checkin and responsive via text to questions. Most critical, The beds are very comfortable. Fantastic kitchen to cook in and hang out in. We will be back.

Perfect

The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. They provided all the essentials for our baby ( pack n play, stroller, high chair) which was a huge bonus. We did lots of swimming, lounges in the hot tub, played tennis, and cooked out. It's close to several great hiking spots and about 25 minutes from great shopping and dining. We had an issue with the master bedroom not getting cool enough at night and ended up sleeping in a guest room the last two nights. We also noted that the side door did not lock. Despite those two issues, the stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spacious and exciting

We loved our stay at this property. There is tons of seating, inside and out, that allows for fun meals. Tennis court and pool are both very nice as well. Inside, everything is new and convenient for guests. I hope to be able to stay again.
