Tennis or pickleball anyone? Welcome to Courtside Villa, which stands apart with a newly built, regulation-size tennis court complete with pickleball lines and a basketball hoop. Paired with a heated pool and spa, built-in BBQ, and two outdoor fire pits, the property offers exceptional outdoor living designed for enjoying Arizona’s beautiful weather year-round. Whether you’re playing a match, lounging poolside, or gathering around the fire at sunset, this home delivers a true resort-style experience.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully renovated with fresh, transitional furnishings that are both stylish and comfortable. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual meals to larger gatherings, featuring extensive cookware, bakeware, small appliances, serving pieces, and a dedicated beverage refrigerator.

All four bedrooms are designed for restful comfort, featuring top-quality pillow-top mattresses and luxurious 660+ thread count hotel-quality linens (3 King beds, 1 Queen). For additional flexibility, a Queen and/or Twin EZ Bed (raised, frame-supported air beds at standard height) are available.

The bathrooms and laundry room have been newly updated with marble countertops and stainless steel fixtures, along with a new washer and dryer. Throughout the home, you’ll find classic Southwestern character with Saltillo tile flooring, wood beam ceilings, and generously sized built-in closets in every bedroom.

Enjoy all the comforts of home, including two indoor and two outdoor fireplaces, board games, free WiFi, expanded cable with HD channels, and fitness equipment (free weights, yoga mat, and exercise ball). For families, a pack ’n play is available upon request.

Ideally located in a quiet Southwestern neighborhood just minutes from Pinnacle Peak, Troon, the Four Seasons Resort, and McDowell Mountain Regional Park, you’ll also have easy access to some of the area’s most renowned golf courses.

Spend your days lounging in the sun, relaxing under shaded umbrellas, or enjoying the many outdoor seating areas. Play a match of tennis or pickleball, take a dip in the newly resurfaced pool, or unwind in the spa—this private, resort-like retreat is perfect for families and groups alike.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Awesome house for family gathering

The house was great for 9 of us. Tennis, Pickleball, pool, jacuzzi, spacious and clean house were all great! Wonderful quiet neighborhood. We had a great time!

The Happy Valley Ranch!

This home was Clean, Comfortable and Beautiful! We loved the backyard! The bed was amazing. We cooked in the kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed! We will come back for sure.. maybe with our grandkids!

Great for Girls Trip

We had a wonderful few days at the house! It was spotless, check in was easy and the house all all the amenities that we needed. Pool, hot tub and sport court were great. Neighborhood was very quiet. Near nice hikes, Fairmont for spa day. A little far from Old Town but do-able. Will be back!

Backyard Oasis

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The backyard oasis was the highlight of our trip. We utilized the Pickleball court, spa, and heated pool nearly every day. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was spacious enough to accommodate our two families. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that added to our relaxing stay. A great find in Northern Scottsdale. This is our second year staying at this house. The location itself is outstanding to explore local hikes, Phoenix, Sedona, Saguaro National Park, and the Grand Canyon. The house is clean, the communication is easy, and all the amenities are perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. There is a tennis court that also acts as a Pickleball court and a basketball court. The outdoor fireplace was an excellent area for the whole family to share stories under the stars. Thank you very much for an amazing experience and we hope to stay at this property next year.

Amazing back yard!

We had a great stay, my only complaint would be that the pool landscaping needed to be cleaned out a little better. There were old bandages and cigarette butts. Also, the house had a lot of cob webs inside so it just looked like they cleaned it after the last renters and maybe needed to go back and freshin it up before we got there. Overall the check in and out process was easy and we had everything we needed for our family of 5. We absolutely loved the backyard and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and tennis court everyday.

Perfect

The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family vacation. They provided all the essentials for our baby ( pack n play, stroller, high chair) which was a huge bonus. We did lots of swimming, lounges in the hot tub, played tennis, and cooked out. It's close to several great hiking spots and about 25 minutes from great shopping and dining. We had an issue with the master bedroom not getting cool enough at night and ended up sleeping in a guest room the last two nights. We also noted that the side door did not lock. Despite those two issues, the stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

We played pickleball every day and used the pool and the hot tub often. Fire pit was easy to navigate as well. The only add would be to have an apple tv connected to the main TV to allow for streaming or using our own TV service but we were able to watch March Madness during our stay so it worked.

Beautiful, spacious, immaculate house! We had a wonderful vacation with family - loved hanging in pool and hot tub as well as playing tennis/pickleball/basketball right in our own backyard. Very well stocked house, had everything we could need for a great time. Property managers were wonderful. Would highly recommend a stay here!

We paid for pool and hot tub heating and our kids spent 3/4 of every day swimming and playing on the basketball/tennis/Pickleball court. The 75 degree AZ weather was just incredible as well. The property manager was also very responsive and helped us a couple of times when needed. The only thing that was tricky is there was no kid-safe dishware. We just bought disposable plates and cups at the store which was super easy and a quick solution. I just didn’t want them eating on porcelain plates and using glass cups. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful long weekend at the house. The house had plenty of amenities and the location was close to good food and outdoor recreation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and tennis court! The manager was responsive and helped us with the hot tub and provided a few extra bikes for our stay upon request.
