I rented this little gem as a stop gap while waiting for my new place to be completed. I was really excited about my new home, top floor penthouse with all new and classic mid century modern furnishings, but after spending a couple months in this quaint one bedroom it really grew on me.
The building is wonderful and the people who live there were even better. I got to know several tenants while there and they were such nice people. The location is top notch right in one of the best parts of downtown. Even though what I have now is very nice, I find myself thinking about this place. As I look over from my new balcony, it warms my heart when I look down and over and see my old home just down the road.
