Room was nice and roomy. Kids loved the couch bed. Breakfast was clean and easy access. Staff was very friendly. Only downfall was the construction and the smell of plastic through the halls.

We had an issue with air conditioner and they sent a maintenance man up immediately to fix the problem. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Amenities for cost was a deal. Very satisfied.

Thiscwas our first time staying at a Springhill hotel, it was especially nice being that the room we stayed in had just been remodeled. If there's one thing I'd improve on is the coffee, it wasn't very good.

a new customer needed a stand in her bathroom, night manager said there was nothing he could do. You have handicap benches in showers which would have helped her. I stead he he suggested her go to andother hotel.
