4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location.

We stayed in Phoenix and had our 1-year-old in between my husband and I in a king size bed. We woke up twice every night completely sweating and soaked including our 1-year-old due to the AC turning off. If there's any way to change the motion sensors for night time hours when people aren't moving, that would be a benefit. Other than that our stay was fantastic.
