Very private recently remodeled home with open living area accented by art and open fully stocked kitchen and great work/live set up with large desk area. Relax by the heated pool in your private backyard featuring some of the most beautiful desert plant species. All close to Buffalo Ridge Park an 18-hole disc-golf course, basketball court, softball field & playground. 2 car garage and free FAST WiFi! Pool is heated and set at 85 degrees during the months Nov - April at no charge.

We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. Whether it's local tips, help with the home, or anything in between—we're happy to help. Communication is quick and friendly by sending us a message or by calling us.

The pool is heated and maintained at 85°F between November and April, offered at no additional cost to guests. This home is ideally located in North Phoenix with quick access to major freeways, including AZ-101 (Loop 101) and SR-51, making it easy to reach downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Desert Ridge Marketplace, and Sky Harbor International Airport in 20–25 minutes or less. Whether you're heading out for shopping, dining, hiking, or business, the central location makes getting around fast and convenient.

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and typically arrive within minutes, offering a flexible option for those without a car. There’s also ample parking on-site, including a 2-car garage and driveway space, for guests bringing their own vehicles.

While the area is primarily car-dependent, Valley Metro bus routes are accessible nearby and can connect you to the greater Phoenix public transportation system. Whether you’re exploring the city or commuting locally, this location makes travel smooth and stress-free.

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.

The swimming pool is heated from November through April at no additional cost to guests, with the heater set to maintain a comfortable 85°F (29°C). Please note that during colder weather—specifically when outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F (4°C)—the pool may not be able to maintain the full 85°F temperature despite the heater being in use. We appreciate your understanding and recommend enjoying the pool during the warmer parts of the day for the best experience.

Backyard oasis

Wonderful backyard pool with water feature. Location central with easy access to all main attractions. The home and area were quiet. Close to hiking trails.
