Airport shuttle was not available. Staff was unprofessional in attitude and attire. There was a bug in our kitchen drawer and several things in the room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Would not recommend and won’t stay here again.

Room was amazing!! Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the pool but the gym was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love my stay !!

The Staff Member during our check in (Late night) was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. The Lobby area is nice but the room (312) is in need of update. The furniture is worn and had a bathroom with a tub not a shower. Our stays in the past found the rooms nicer. It appears, at least our room, is in need of some updates!

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The carpets in the rooms and leading along the different floors from the elevator are old, soiled and worn. They just put some coverings over the sofa but that doesn't help. It just shows its need to be replaced. The seating in the breakfast area also shows signs of wear. They are stained and look dirty. The breakfast menu was ok. They cater for vegetarians which is good. The breakfast lady that worked on the 8th Jan was really did a fantastic job. She brought out enough, was observant, helpful with a good attitude and was willing to assist guests who arrived just when it was time to close.

Room was clean; however, toilet seat was broken, ceiling fan inoperable, and there were few dishes, no utensils, and one broken knife in the kitchen.

The hotel itself was great. Their shuttle service was less than stellar. It was essentially nonexistent. I was told I had to get a taxi. The line for the taxi's was 16 people deep. When I called to ask if I could get an Uber, they said I could but that they would not pay for it. After waiting over an hour, I finally paid for an Uber. If you have time to wait - great option, but if you're in a hurry, find a hotel with a genuine shuttle.

Everything was perfect! Our room looked and smelled clean. The staff was super helpful and nice. The fitness and pool area were very nice as well. The dhuttle service to and from the airport was great!!! We will definitely be staying here in the future!!!
