The staff was great during my stay. The heater in my room stopped working during the coldest day in the area and staff went above to ensure I had another room with a working heater. The amenities offered at this hotel is second to none! Everything from hair ties, to nail clipper, shaving cream, clothes steamer, in room yoga mat, etc. They have it for you. The hotel invites guests to tip their staff through a QR code link. Unfortunately, I did not get a receipt for this transaction. And it has turned out to be a bit of a hassle to get - I'm still trying.

This is a beautiful hotel with comfy bed. A little nontraditional - coffee and tea are offered in a communal area every morning and then every afternoon is the cocktail hour. Staff was great. Location was good for getting to different places downtown.

Room on the third floor was right above garbage collection point off the alley so garbage trucks were in and out. Housekeeping never showed after being gone all day. Reception brought clean towels and used towels were placed by the door. Housekeeping never retrieved them..still in hallway at check out.
