I had to get the knack of using the electronic card keys for everything, but the staff was very help and the rooms were very nice.

Sink was not draining and we told the front desk Saturday morning. They said they will get someone to look at it immediately. We came back at 9:00 pm and no one had done anything about it. We also told them it was dirty by the glass on sink and with rust stains and dust. Hair on towels that we hanging, hair on toilet. Bed was made, but the pillows were not put on the bed. Half were on the desk where we placed them when we went to sleep Friday evening. Still there Saturday evening. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Main Hotel is beautiful, but service is terrible, obviously the staff doesn’t care at all. They did fix the sink draining Saturday evening, but no one after the second complaint, still did anything about the other issues. They said because we didn’t book directly with hotel there wasn’t much they could do except offer $50 credit st restaurant.

The hotel was fine upon checkin. However, when I turned over my pillow, I found a dried blood stain that had soaked through the pillowcase onto the pillow. I was appalled, to say the least. Management immediately took care of the issue, and we were compensated. There were no other concerns with the room. However, the restaurant food was not the best quality as I could not cut through baby lamb chops that were cooked medium rare because there was so much fat on them, and the Biergarten closed at 8:30. Also, a refrigerator and mini Keurig would have been nice additions to the room.
