Amazing for the price!! Brand NEW building, awesome!!
First off the host Mary just spent the past few years building this 3 unit building and she recently opened it so as of today FEB 2022 this place is like moving into a brand new home. EVERYTHING is new, the beds, the furniture, the appliances, etc. It is super clean. I have a bit of OCD so I like clean, spotless homes and expect this on VRBO and this place exceeded my expectations, I'm serious! Book it right now and you will not be sorry. Mary is still finessing the place with items like a blender my place didn't have and she goes out and purchases items for the place as she grows her rental business. Mary and Tim live not too far, about 10 minutes away so she stops by the property weekly making sure things are good. She is an amazing hostess and she will be a super host guaranteed someday. She is fluent in English and Spanish and she is a great communicator. Mary is the best host I have met. THE LOCATION was exactly what I was looking for, because everything is just literally steps away. 5 minute walk to CHEDAURI STORE which as an American I like to describe as Whole Foods type market meets Target, meets a nice high end grocery store. You can get EVERYTHING there for your stay. I never took a cab because you don't need to. Mary leaves you coffee and water, but she will get you something in advance of your stay if needed. Love that about her. I walk to the water/public beach in about 10-15 minutes and you pass a very colorful, vibrant, somewhat touristy area but it's worth it. So many restaurants nearby and there is an amazing wood fired pizza place with Naples style wood oven pizza. I spent $5 USD on a gourmet Margarita pizza and it's a 20 second walk from the unit. Taco places a couple minutes away too, OXXO the 7-11 type quick store is a half block from the house if you need something fast. Once you are on the property with it's massive, beautiful, secured stone wall you feel so safe here. You do hear traffic a bit that you'd hear in a small city, but I always left my windows and doors open. The private grounds are stunningly beautiful. Serene. A common area with nice table for eating outdoors, lounge chairs and newly tiled area for yoga or lounging. There is the hammock too and the pool is great, the outside is all brand new too. There are low cost laundry houses that do "fluff and fold" service for a few USD dollars and it's a 2 minute walk from the unit. This would be a great place to host a small family gathering. A+ rating in my book!!!!!
