The space
Saules Villa is situated in the secure gated community of Playacar Phase II, in Playa del Carmen. This picturesque town lies at the heart of Riviera Maya – a resort area on the Mexican East coast – and only a 45-minute drive south of Cancun International airport. It is also the departure point for bus tours to famous tourist sites such as Tulum, Xcaret, Chichen Itza, Coba, Xel-Ha, Akumal, Isla Mujeres, Puerto Aventuras, Cozumel and Tres Rios. Countless attractions to please the culture enthusiast, the sports admirer, the nature fanatic and of course the sun lovers.

A short 4-minute walk will get you to the private white sand beach of the Playacar community. In addition to being immediately adjacent to Playa del Carmen’s world-famous beach clubs, shopping and dining districts, and the unique 5th Avenue (known to locals as La Quinta), Playacar is home to its own collection of ancient Mayan Ruins, world-class Hard Rock golf course, tennis, biking and walking paths, and its own shopping and dining opportunities. The famous 5th Avenue is a 15-minute walk to the best shopping and restaurants in the Mayan Riviera. Now over 1,000 restaurants! If you don't want to walk, taxis pass by every minute or two at the entrance to our street. The home is located in the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the gated community of Playacar, Tennis court is next to the house. Free community pool is across the street. The entrance to the community is guarded and we have security patrolling the streets 24 hours a day. With an airy and modern interior design, the villa features 5 bedrooms with ensuite Bathrooms and balconies, rooftop terrace, Spa, a heated private pool, swim-up bar, 2 jacuzzies, air-conditioned bedrooms, high speed internet, Sonos sound system and HD TVs. Our place will accommodate up to 14 guests.

Start off your day with a morning coffee at the amazing and full-equipped kitchen. Don’t feel like going to the beach? Enjoy a sunny day at the incredible heated swimming pool, in the jacuzzi at the rooftop with an amazing ocean view or just chill by the cenote and watch the turtles. Movie night? Watch your favorite movies on Netflix on a big screen TV with surround sound. The backyard of the house feels like your own private resort. Enjoy the massage at the beautiful palapa, prepare your food on a Weber grill or bake pizza in a firewood pizza oven. Enjoy a hot tub or a massage at the Private Spa. Have a nice dinner at a large outdoor dining table. This unique villa is the perfect vacation destination for any group. The house is truly one of a kind featuring unique architectural designs throughout the inside as well as the outside of the property. It is an amazing place for you to relax, while still staying close to the action. You will find boogie boards in the house as well as towels and beach chairs / umbrellas, so pack a picnic lunch and head over to the best beach in the vicinity. 5 bicycles are available for our guests. If you can tear yourself away from the sound of the gentle waves, you will find so much more to do in this gated, secure community.
