Everything was great. We didn't have the room cleaned while we were there. We gave the workers a break. haha The place was great. Loved the balcony and the view. Also loved the birds and animals just roaming around, even on the balcony. The entertainment was too loud for us because our room was so close. We'll plan it next time. Being able to just roam around and eat and drink anytime was great. Loved the pools and beach. Great massage, too. Everyone was so friendly and nice. All in all we had a wonderful time and well worth the money. My daughter recommended you and did all the booking arrangements.

The transportation from hotel to airport had a problem, because the drivers aren’t able to enter to the hotel lobby to call the passengers and some passengers need to take taxis. In my experience. I was in the Lobby one hour before the pick up time and never the driver call me, when I going to make complaint the representative person of the transportation company told me that the driver filled a no show report with the name of bell boy completely false. I was lucky the a bus from other company accepted ride me to the airport after transportation company request for solving my problem.

The property has old world elegance with all of the modern amenities. Traveling with 2 college aged children, we opted for the suite, two separate rooms connected by a private entry. All keyed alike. Five very nice restaurants, the all inclusive nature of which allows trying everything. Staff is exceptional, friendly, respectful, and responsive. There is only one elevator and the property is expansive so you will be walking a lot. Live music and a new themed show each night. The property is secure within a gated community, so it is a bit more expensive for transportation and the community stores are more expensive. Walking out of the property is a hike and the hotel bracelet will identify you as a tourist, you need to haggle to get a reasonable price locally. Parks require transportation. Overall, a great experience. We’ll be back!

There was a lot of seaweed on the beach - creating a lot of dead fish smell and making it impossible to enjoy the beach. I got a bit of food poisoning, but the food was good. No one else in the party got sick.

Elevators are at far front of the property. Only 2 ice machines and both at front of property. Sargassum grass terrible. Food was so so. Mattress old and bad springs. Mini bar never stocked unless you complain. Will not return.
