We never checked in because this is a quick stop hotel that you take “certain type of people to do certain type of things” not a family friendly hotel at all

I recommend to future customers to never book here. It was the worse experience I’ve ever had. It was not as clean as I thought I’d be. It was very difficult to even find staff for assistance. I just feel like the pictures lacked showing how unclean things were. I didn’t even sleep in the bed because it had some black specs on it. When I tried to request a refund, even Expedia staff couldn’t get a hold of them. Communication was terrible and they didn’t even care when I told them I had a bad experience. They just laughed and took the keys because I didn’t want to stay there any longer.

This is a Motel, their are not privisi in the room all is together romm, shower. The water from the shower wet all the floor inclusive tun to room area. The entrence at the room is literly a garage door as a Motel. No security at no where, no front desk, no sinterna we went out of water the first day.
