I travel regularly for business, and this was the best hotel stay I have had in quite some time. The location is good, close to many attractions, but safer and cleaner than other parts of the Auckland CBD.

We never were there. The reservation was for the wrong night. I asked for the 23rd and you made the reservation for the 21st. A horrid mistake as now it seems I cannot be refunded even though it was your mistake. Very disturbing. Rebecca

Efficient and personable staff. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very good. Restaurant service was excellent and food was surprisingly wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

There is so much to do within Sky City Hotel and so many places to eat right at the door that you really just need to park up and stay. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
