No bugs, and smoke free rooms. More updated than most. Walkable area, very close drove to the beach. Nearby grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, and even car garages and auto rentals in walking distance if you have car troubles. Would definitely recommend. "

"Great little apartment with everything you need for a week stay with a rower who needs to wash their uni multiple times. The washer dryer was a huge bonus! Grandstand was a five minute walk and town was barely ten. Overall, great stay, super location!"
