Everything and everyone in our party had a pleasant stay. Micheal the front desk attendant, bartender, cook and all the other jobs he performed was amazing and deserves a raise! It’s very hard to find good employees these days and he wears multiple hats and did them with a positive attitude and smile. He truly enjoys his job and he made our stay much more pleasant.

I stayed here due to inclement weather to be closer to my job. I came in after my shift and the snow was knee level and they didn't plow the entrance. A pipe broke which was out of their control, however after waiting almost an hour. I had to.

The breakfast menu was great, the room service was above par, the food was delicious, the staff was great, friendly, efficient, reliable, and provided great professionalism and service day and night. The afternoon and overnight staff...they make the best hot chocolate...you must ask for it.

I do not like giving bad reviews. If I don't like something, I usually do not submit anything at all. In this case, I felt the need. I will say, the staff did the best they could. Our first night, it was very clear, the hotel was UNDER STAFFED. Two people were trying to run the front desk, the bar, and the restaurant. Imagine the wait and customers frustration. I felt bad for the staff in this case. The snow plowing was terrible. Cars were stuck at the end of the street. Whoever is the plow company is, should be FIRED. Immediately. Very unsafe situations. I was very unimpressed with the young staff guy, at the front desk in the a.m. I can ignore the sweat pants and sweat shirt, but the sunglasses...not a good look for the front desk staff. Finally, I don't mind if people smoke marijuana. What was extremely off putting was the strong intense smell from the elevator all the way up to the 3rd floor. The entire hallway reeked. Clearly, someone had some REALLY GOOD stuff or they were smoking in the building. There is no way others could not smell it.

Breakfast is no longer free at this property. My card was charged twice before I checked in. When i booked my stay I checked to pay on arrival. This is not the first time I had an issue with billing here.
