Located 2 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta, beachfront inside a Residential complex, this Villa is completely private and self-contained with private entrance and pool.

Easy access to beach thru the complex garden and elevator and also enjoys the large common pool and Palapa covered open air living space on the beach.

The villa has over 7000 Sq. Ft of indoor & outdoor living space, heated infinity pool and a spectacular water feature with 2 giant palm trees to frame the view of the sunset.

The main level is an open concept entertaining area with living, dining and very well-equipped kitchen, all flowing out to the main terrace with infinity pool lounging areas and outdoor dining.

The 2 level pool is actually an upper water feature with the 2 giant palms. The lower level is the heated infinity pool approx. dimensions 12 X 18 feet and 4 feet deep.

The villa design is contemporary with simple lines, with an infusion of Mexican hand-crafted textiles and one of a kind folk art.

The name translates as View of the Birds & you will see many sea birds glide past above the ocean & hear birds in the nearby Trees.

Great staff and location

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa - the location was fantastic in terms of proximity to town and access to the beach. The house was as shown in the listing and pretty comfortable for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The included airport transfer was a really nice perk that made the trip a lot easier.

One phenomenal week!

I booked this vacation as a retirement recognition for both myself and those who have supported me over my career over a year ago and in doing so, spent many hours researching multiple listings all over Mexico. This Conchas Chinas property did not disappoint! From my initial contact with the property manager, Roberto, the concierge, Alberto, the house manager, Samuel and all other house staff were outstanding to work with. We entered into this rental agreement with high expectations all were not only met but also exceeded. Thanks to all involved for making this our best family vacation ever!!!!

Outstanding property and service

Property is beautiful. View is great, private pool and Warner community pool. Beach access steps away. We had a great Christmas trip with our family. Service was outstanding! Lots of steps to property and area which did mot bother us but would be difficult for handicapped or elderly.

Beautiful villa

We had a wonderful stay during December for a family vacation. Samuel, Noemi and Noemia took excellent care of us. We loved spending mornings down by the beach and coming back to relax by the pool in the afternoon when it was sunny. Very spacious villa with fantastic views and only a short drive to zone romantica.

The property was beautiful! the views of the ocean were amazing at all times of day. Our staff was friendly and courteous and catered to our needs. Great food and great happy hour. Our concierge was the BEST! So helpful for so many things.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The home was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. We brought our 4 adult children, their spouses and 2 grandchildren. Samuel, Noemia and Noemi were outstanding and took care of all our needs. Noemia's food was amazing. We loved our morning Breakfasts and the 3 nights we had dinner at the house were great! The house is in a great location. Just a quick Uber drive to town. We took the family to Rhythms of the Night which we all enjoyed. We also rented a 42' catamaran from Get My Boat. The captain and deckhand were great. Everyone enjoyed the boat day. I would highly recommend. Great family vacation. Hope to return again.

The best vacation ever!

10 ladies were celebrating my birthday here. The villa and staff were so terrific We ended up leaving only once for a food walking tour. Service and communication with Roberto and Alberto was seamless. Samuel and Noemi did an amazing of keeping as well fed and watered! Noemi keep the villa sparkling clean. We shared love and laughter while sipping margaritas and floating in the pool. Lots of areas for privacy and spectacular views. This was truly a special experience, and I would recommend this I hope to return. The house, views and grounds were spectacular.

Fantastic Villa

My friends and I celebrated my 40th birthday here and were blown away! The location was perfect and the views were absolutely stunning! The food was fantastic and we ate our weight in guacamole and pico de gallo. The staff all around were phenomenal! Must have Samuel’s frozen margaritas and Neomia is an amazing chef!! You will not be disappointed and I will highly recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you so much for an unforgettable birthday!!

A Special Place, Great Family Vacation

Where to start...the house is authentic Mexico luxury personified. There is no reason to leave the house if you want to simply relax and that is mostly what we did. What makes the house even more special is the people who made our vacation special. Neomi, Neomia and Samuel made our stay unforgettable. To helping with the smallest task, to making us feel welcome and comfortable, and to being undeniably genuine, they made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. We had two meals a day at the house and the food is PHENOMENAL! Samuel's margaritas are a must, real lime juice was the feature and we consumed them as fast as he made them! Concierge services were a real plus and Alberto with Mexitravel made our outside the house activities easy and fun. We want to come back, but really we shouldn't have ever left! THIS PLACE IS PARADISE!

Family Vacation

We loved the Villa. The 3 staff were very friendly and accommodating. Two of us have food allergies. The cook made separate dishes for them - and she is an exceptional cook. Ask about items that you like but are not on the standard menu. For example her ceviche is a good as it gets. Samuel is a great bar chef - the drinks were wonderful. Overall, a terrific experience!

The perfect place

Wow, we were blown away by Villa Vista de Aves. The house was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. It’s conveniently located a few minutes from Zona Romantic and the views of the beach and ocean were breathtaking. Everyone we worked with (the property manager, concierge, the house staff) were phenomenal Nd made us feel right at home. Definitely coming back!!!
