We had a wonderful 12 night stay at the apartment. We were within steps to the pool area and had the opportunity to have it to ourselves quite often. Having a separate private terrace with a barbecue to use was also nice option. This unit is away from the regular touristy area of Puerto Vallarta but within walking distance to shopping. There is also the option to take a bus within a 5 minute walk. There is a wonderful pastry shop close by, that is even a favourite for the locals. The owner had great communication with us and was prompt in replying to any questions or concerns we had. We were even given the opportunity to have a later check out as our flight home departed later in the day.

Due to how I travel which is to enjoy the local vibe , food , and people this establishment was perfect even though I did not need all the space available the layout was amazing and with the veranda right outside over looking the mountains it was beautiful. The pool was the perfect touch with size and relaxation after a day of touring I want to thank Nelva and Gabriel for being an awesome host and will definitely be back.

Great location and apartment

Great barrio with many good restaurants and shops nearby. Terrific walking area, nearby Pitillal is bustling and had dancing and music on the weekends. Nelva is an excellent host, and was very helpful. The condo is comfortable and the pool is great. We loved watching the birds dipping in and out of the water. Bakery and tienda across the street are excellent. This is a friendly, off the beaten path part of Puerto Vallarta that is ideal for those wanting genuine MĂ©xico without tourists. Completely charming.

An absolute gem of a place!

The condo had everything we needed.We loved the rooftop pool and had to ourselves most days. There are great restaurants and coffee shops within a 2-3 block radius.
