This corner unit condo is near the top floor, one level below the Penthouse, with a hard-to-find layout featuring TWO balconies each with breathtaking views of the city and mountains. Enjoy 360 degree views from the modern rooftop pool deck in this opulent building features 24-hour security, on-site administration, rooftop infinity-edge heated pool, spa, gym and BBQ areas with breathtaking views of the ocean and city sights.

About the Space:
Open floorpan maximizing the indoor/outdoor concept, this condo is truly an impressive space. This is a rare find, featuring two balconies (living room and bedroom). The living room balcony is one of only two like it in the building with corner views of the city and mountains. The condo is well-equipped with a cook’s kitchen, large bedroom with closet space, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your private use.

Check in time is from 3pm to 8pm. Check out time is 8am to 11am. Check ins after 8 PM, and checkouts before 8 AM, will require a $700 Peso ($40 USD) fee paid directly to the concierge for their overtime.

Host was very responsive and helpful. The property was in great shape, very clean, and with two balconies with great views. We had housekeeping service in the middle of our one week stay which was nice. The shower water temperature and water pressure were amazing!! The rooftop pool was lovely, and we spent most of our afternoons there. My two very minor suggestions: (1) it would have been nice to have been provided with a bottle water or two as "starters" upon our arrival; and (2) an additional shampoo and soap for the second person. What we were provided wasn't enough for more than one person for the week. All in all, this was a wonderful place, and we would stay there again.

Private Getaway in Downtown Romantic Zone

We highly enjoyed our stay at this condo in May 2023. It was central enough to only go a couple of blocks to find restaurants, shops, and groceries and it was close enough to the beach, but it was also a modern getaway when overwhelmed. The condo balcony had a great view of the mountains and was great for sitting down for meals that we made at the condo. We also spent a lot of time on the top floor reading and chilling in the pool. The staff was always courteous, said hello, and helped us get taxis when needed. The owner was responsive and honest. I mentioned that I am a light sleeper and he did his best to tell me that the condo may not be for me. Maybe it was the season that we went, but I had no problem with the noise from the streets since it was not that loud, especially being 6 floors up, but I appreciated that he wanted to make sure I knew what to expect, even if that meant I might go elsewhere. Overall, a little pricey, but a great stay.

Great little getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Zenith 601. We found the location to be perfect. Lots of great restaurants and pubs around. The room was very clean and spacious. So close to the beach, and the roof top pool was just amazing for a relaxing day or evening swim!

Spectacular!

A very safe, secure and hospitable location in the heart of everything! This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect. An oasis on the roof was perfect, and the amenities were just right. In the condo, the kitchen was more than fully stocked, 2 balconies, large kind sized bed, all the cleaning and bathroom products that you could possibly need. Best of all, the reception of the PVPR rental group was outstanding. Punctual, check in was easy and everything was explained so nicely and clearly. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Superb location and amenities

Zenith is a well maintained, modern low-rise condominium in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The hotels in the heart of town and near the beach are pretty old and frumpy. Zenith offers a first class home for your Vallarta stay. 601 was beautiful. Eduardo always available to our needs. Our second at st there and we highly recommend it.

Location !!!

Really nicely appointed condo. Very new and modern, with a fantastic view of the mountains/hills. Complex is smaller than a lot of them in area and feels more cozy. Area is energetic... a lot going on. Walk to everything. Gorgeous rooftop pool with 360 views was a great feature. Manager met us and she was terrific. Very professional and helpful. 24 hour front desk was also excellent and helpful. Great!

Matthew's condo in the Zenith building is excellent. Location is 3 short flat blocks to the ocean. Right in the heart of the zona romantica. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Meat market right across the street. 2 other grocery stores within easy walking distance. Oxxo one block away. The patio was great for sitting and reading, waiting for the sun to come up over the Sierra Madre mountains, in the morning. The rooftop pool was also excellent. Thank you Matthew, and the Zenith building staff. Also, staff with PVRPV was very helpful. We have already booked it again for next February, and can't wait to get back. 5 stars all the way around. Perfect location in beautiful luxury building

This building is right in the middle of Old Town/Romantic Zone Puerto Vallarta. It is the best and most charming part of town with all the best shops, restaurants and beaches. The building itself is very luxurious with an amazing rooftop Terrace with pool, spa and gym, and the unit itself is very comfortable and quiet with a great view of the jungle hillside from the balcony. Owner of unit and management company that oversees it were very nice and accommodating. Recommend it all in every way.
