The staff were very accommodating as we were late to check in, they were also polite and kind. Loved that there were plenty of options to choose from for food, along with the options for stores. Will definitely stay there again.

Very frustrating with front desk , hard to understand her! English was not her first language! Out was very noisy from traffic ! Parking lot not great for truck and trailer not big enough ! Room was clean and big !

We stayed in a kitchenette for 10 days. Value for money; very economical for a large room and hot breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean, well maintained and quiet despite the traffic close by. Lots of dining options. Friendly, helpful staff. Stayed here before and will again.

This place is going be my new go to for Red Deer and Sylvan Lake. The staff are very kind and accommodating, and the place was very clean. It was a large room. If it wasn’t for the rain we would have stayed much longer.

When I arrived, I was told in no uncertain terms that it was full and there were no rooms available, even though I had a reservation. About 40 minutes after I tried to check-in I received a voice mail asking where I was and if I would be checking in. Very frustrating

A housekeeper/employee came into our room at 7:30am. We were still sleeping. It was very alarming to be interrupted from sleep in that way. When we checked out she was the also the one at the front desk. Not very professional at all to have someone enter your room!
