Each of the four bedrooms is set up to give everyone their own sense of space and comfort.
On the main level, youâll find two queen bedroomsâone tucked privately off the living room, and another serene retreat near the hallway.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee; we do not allow any other species of pet. This is non-negotiable.

SECURITY CAMERA NOTICE: For your awareness, exterior security camera(s) are in place and actively record the property's exterior, public-facing areas at all timesâincluding during reservations. Please note that there are no cameras located inside the home or in any private areas.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.
No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
We do not provide laundry supplies.
