I usually use this hotel when I’m in town for one maybe two nights. This time I was completely disappointed in the condition of the bathroom as the floor was still visibly dirty and there was hair in places.

I was very pleased with my stay, the staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Richmond

Everything is fine. But there are some issues I can mention: 1. Noisy room, there is a locked door to the next room. From that room, in the middle of night there was a horrible and disturbing noise. We could not sleep at all. 2. We were almost to lose our breakfast. They serve till 9:30am, it should be a little bit more like 10am

The hotel had some very noisy guests and we had to file multiple, repeated complaints to the front desk deep into the night (past midnight) before it was addressed. On the plus side, the hotel itself was pleasant and in a good location to easily drive downtown or to Short Pump.
