My first bad experience. The shower was cold. The in room phone didn't work. The remote for the TV didn't have a panel over the batteries. The coffee machine by breakfast only had decaf coffee. The front desk personnel were very nice and caring and genuinely felt sorry.

Definitely a pleasant stay for our purpose!

It was a nice hotel overall. Room was clean, other than a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Breakfast was much better than most hotels, a nice variety of foods. All of the employees were polite and couteous, location was good. One of the two elevators was not in service, and the air conditioner in our room made a noise as if there was a piece of cardboard caught in the blower unit. All in all, we would stay here again.

Floor threshold was taped down. The room had ants. The room didn’t feel clean. No replacement roll of toilet paper, a/c unit rattled all night. Staff interaction was great and the only positive of the hotel.

I guess you get what you pay for, the breakfast was mediocre at best, the only saving grace for the kids was having the pancake machine…. There was only one elevator working the whole 3 nights we were there, being in the 8th floor this made for a lot of waiting around. Pool towels aren’t even big enough to fit in a kid! Thought I will say VERY comfortable beds as long as you like them soft
