Noise from the bar in front. Telephone did not work in my room towels did not look clean and do not offer wake up calls.

Shower mat is too short,my wife slipped off of it and fell in the shower.
The staff at the front desk did ask to make sure she is alright, yet the size of the shower mat at that site is not negotiable. The security deposit has not been returned to my credit card so far on 9/23/23 I am still checking daily for the adjustment.
We moved on to the rest of our trip.

This is an older property and there has been efforts to update / refresh. New bedding and minimalistic furnishings, newer linoleum flooring, which was sticky from previous occupants, painted walls and ceiling of living area.....however the bathroom had what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling and doors were probably original and not cleaned in many years. There were lights on each side of bed on wall, however no light bulbs. The biggest concern was the amount of "activity " in several of the units that continued through the night. 3 rooms on the first floor had multiple cars coming and going all night. The people and the cars were loud. For the price I didn't expect the Hilton...and what efforts they have made are on the right track, but this is the first time I stayed at a motel and felt I had to stick a chair under the door knob and sleep with my clothes on. Online this is listed the closest motel to the hospital that we needed to be at really early and the pictures looked decent and renovated. I was going to call the office to request a wake up call and just make them aware of the "activity "BUT......the phone didn't work. Turned out I didn't need a wake up call....it was so loud outside that we were continually woken up.

Rooms are pretty decent for the price. Good location not alot of walking traffic.
