I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.

The room was clean. There were no towels or kitchen supplies available to cook. The bathroom had stained tub and hair the tub definitely needs to be repaired. The floors are thin and it is loud when someone walks upstairs. I will say the security was great! I was very appreciative of the helpful staff. It surprised me tp walk in a room with no towels or dishes! At least we were able to get towels delivered by the awesome staff available.

First room had sticky floors, dirty toilet, and the toilet wouldn’t flush so asked for a second room. The second room had small cockroaches, food on the floor, hair on the floor, stale smells with windows open. Cigarette smell throughout the hotel. Vomit in the parking lot. Awful, ending up leaving without a refund and found another hotel. Worst experience ever!

Place is great, except every single time i stay here it sounds like a bunch of kids running and jumping above me when i stay on the 3rd floor.
