We had great weather so we were able to enjoy the outside of the property. Staff was great. Hotel is close to great places to eat. Main Street is really nice. Highly recommend visiting Sonnenburg Mansion and Granger Homestead.Boat ride on the Lady Canandaigua was interesting. Excellent Captain.

Nice property,,nothing else about this place was nice. Upon checking in we had no body wash in our bathroom, no body lotion in our bottle. Our rooms were never made up, until we had to ask for cleaning service. Never had paper cups unless we asked for them. Also, no night lights, no pen and paper for writing. Most of all we had to pay for our own internet. I am not sure how much the restaurant is affiliated with the hotel, but they have been running special on one dish for five day. Even though they had other fish available on the menu, it was never available to the customer. Also the waitress over charged us for our prosecco by $6. A piece.

Besties trip/Heart concert

The hotel is beautiful and the location is superb. We went for the Heart concert. Everything was great. Beds and bath were clean. Beds super comfortable. Will be back and hope when we are able to use more of the facilities offered.

Spacious rooms and very pet friendly

We stayed here for a weekend and loved how spacious the rooms were and how dog friendly the hotel was. Lovely grounds and very clean.

We had a very nice stay here for a mom‘s night out. We were able to enjoy the pool and sit out by the lake. The room was fair. We were on the first floor looking at the parking lot, but we did book the cheapest room. We had lunch and drinks at the Cove restaurant and were extremely disappointed. We only ate our meal as we were absolutely starving and service took so long. We said something to the waitress and all she said was “OK” and walked away. There are certainly many, other unique dining places in the area. with better food and better service than the Cove. The girl at the front desk was wonderful (Chelsea) in getting us checked in. At the time we arrived there should have been another desk attendant as there were many people waiting for assistance.

Paid for a King with a lake view and balcony and was given a double queen that was stuffy with no opening windows. The photos showed a bathtub on Expedia and lake view balcony. My receipt did not specify balcony on it but said King Room for $437. The hotel staff made me feel like they thought I was lying about the room when I went to tell them they gave me the wrong room. There was no soap when I took a shower. The front desk person told me on the phone that CMAC was a 20 minute walk but it was like 40. It was almost entirely sidewalk and not unsafe from cars but not as described. The water bottles in the room have little tags that say only elite members get them free and everyone else pays $3. At check in, I was given no direction to elevators or any information about the hotel. When I came back down to tell them that they gave me the wrong room, they commented about booking through Expedia and repeated that they are full. The phone was ringing in the background and they were obviously stressed. A male employee came over to assist by repeating that they are full but not answering the phone. The pool was a nice temperature but they must’ve shocked it recently because my eyes burned so bad after swimming.
