This is a fairly new property and it is very clean and well-maintained. The grounds are beautiful, being right in the lake, and although it was too cold to use the pool, it looked very nice. Our room was a king with a balcony, and it was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower super nice! Definitely not your normal hotel bathroom. Tapestry properties are a step up from regular Hilton hotels and we’ve found the two we’ve stayed at very, very nice. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel because we wanted to see the church history sites in Palmyra. None of the hotels looked very nice in Palmyra so we decided to stay here. It was the perfect spot! Right on a lake, so pretty. We loved walking up and down the paths. My teenage boys loved the outdoor chess set. They also love swimming in the pool because it was completely empty of lots of people. I loved the workout facility, it was the perfect place to stay. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable.We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back I highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful! Our cable & streaming was mot working, staff did try to troubleshoot. The serving staff is very slow needs a better customer awareness. We will be back this summer

Booked what they claimed was a lake view. Most of the so called lake view was a large white tent and snack shop building on the property. I tried to work it out with the manager and was told that the only option was to get a refund and find another place to stay. It seems to me that they could have offered a discount because I felt that we were not given a lake view.
