I would never recommend this so called hotel

Hotel with no staff. We lost power one day for 1 pm until 2 am the next morning and there were no emergency lights working. Went out for the evening and came back to a completely dark building and grounds. Fortunately I had a flashlight in my car. Room was Very noisy.

Beautiful property. Inside is nicely done, though our mattress was not very comfortable. Garden is well maintained and nice to sit in. Walking distance to town. Check-in and check-out was through the phone, and worked well. There is no staff at the property. My only complaint (beside the mattress) is capsule coffee and the use of disposable cups - surely it helps keep costs low, especially if there is no staff, but in 2025 we should treat the planet better.

The room had amazing features and was larger than expected. Great tv options, amazing linens, and a spa shower. Plenty of high quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The only improvement would be to add a small supply of beach chairs to use and an 11am check out time instead of 10 am. But overall 10/10.

The Rockport House provided a special and comfortable place to stay that captures the spirit of historical Rockport. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Rockport.

Gorgeous property nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to a small waterfront town center. The property was clean and quiet and my partner and I had a lovely weekend stay.

The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Everything was meticulously clean and cared for. Walkable to adorable shopping area with restaurants.The whole town looked like a seaside fairytale, with this property adding to the charm. Thoughtful room layout with very comfortable furnishings, but please put up some hooks by the door. Loved the contactless concierge where door access codes are sent to you via email, but please be aware there was some confusion as we were provided multiple codes, one of which did not work. Overall loved the stay and will recommend to others!
