Amazing!! The staff make the stay. They are truly wonderful. Helpful with directions, destinations, travel arrangements, and they speak multiple languages. I felt very safe. The air conditioning was adequate for our 90 degree days. Short walking distance to the Vatican and walkable to the Colosseum. Close my restaurants, coffee, and gelato! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Excellent hotel

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect placement for visiting the sights of Rome. The main positive was the helpfulness of the staff. They could not help enough and were more than happy to answer any questions we had re visiting the sites and getting around Rome. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be using this hotel again when we return to Rome.

This hotel offered a modern room. Not a lot of extra space, but enough. It was very clean. The front desk person was very nice and willing to help us in anyway. We were right by the Vatican area.

I immediately felt at home and welcomed by this staff! The space was beautiful and clean. It was also centrally located and the staff were so helpful to show the best ways to get around. The option to have breakfast delivered in the morning was a lifesaver. I would give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone traveling to Rome!! ❤️

We had the best time in Rome. Eccelso hotel is in a great area, close to many attractions, yet away from the business of the tourist attraction. This hotel was extremely clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.
