"I recently stayed at The Sands at Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos and had a truly wonderful experience. What really made the stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the team, particularly Shedna at the front desk and Sasha at the concierge. Shedna was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in through the duration of our stay, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. Sasha at concierge was equally amazing, knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful in her recommendations. She helped coordinate activities, dining reservations, and transportation with ease, ensuring we made the most of our time on the island. Her expertise and friendly demeanor truly elevated our experience. Overall, The Sands at Grace Bay offers not only a stunning location but also outstanding service thanks to staff like Shedna and Sasha. "Small hotel close to the beach and everything. Small pool not clean with leaves inside the pool, not sure if it was because of the wind but didn't see anyone cleaning the pool for the entire stay. Beside that nice area, close to everything you need. Will come back. "
