POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Great little spot so close to the beach!

For a single person or couple with laid back plans to enjoy beautiful San Diego and Mission Beach, this is a great find! Having a dedicated parking spot is so important in the area . Depending on the time of year of your stay, it was a little warm in the unit so mastering the air conditioning was key.

Great place for two people. Very close to beach, comfortable. Small but has essentials needed. Closet to hang clothes some though lacks a dresser so be prepared to keep clothes in your suitcase. Affordable very close to beach

Cleanliness was our top priority - we were not disappointed. Yes, space is tight, but we knew that. And glad we didn’t have a vehicle larger than our Highlander as the parking space is fairly short as described. I was surprised that coffee and filters were not provided as all other Vrbo properties we have stayed at provide that but that’s not worth getting upset at, just be aware to bring your own. (There was a box of teabags a previous guest left behind and I happily made due with those.) A one minute stroll to the beach at a very fair price - of course it isn’t spacious, but no one is going to San Diego to stay in their room, are they?

Our apartment was great. Centrally located to all we wanted to do (whale watching, Scripps Aquarium, Hiking at Torrey Pines, Balboa Park) and easy to access. Quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the beach for walks on the sand or on the sidewalk. Clean and cozy. Stay for the location

The location was amazing- Half a block to a quiet portion of the beach and walkable to many restaurants. We used rideshare apps to go to/from the airport and the zoo, and rides were never more than $40. It’s a small, no-frills place and takes a while to figure out the lights, but it was quiet and exactly what we needed.

Pros: Clean, Good Location, Responsive Mgmt Cons: Very small / tight, Lack of storage I would suggest getting rid of the small table & chairs although the table was good to put items on due to lack of storage. I would not stay here again only because it was so cramped & any storage that there was, was taken up with cleaning supplies (closet), bath towels (vanity) and dishes (kitchen). If you’re not bringing much with you, you may be fine.

Perfect beach stay

This property is a gem. The price was reasonable. The location was great and surprisingly quiet for being right in the thick of it in Mission Beach. Just one block from the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. Also came with a parking spot which was very convenient. Check in was smooth, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. I have been recommending it to people already. Would stay there again in a heart beat.
