4 Bedroom Ocean View Townhouse with Private Rooftop Deck!

This 3 level town home is 1740 sqft and has ocean views from all decks, balconies, and patios. The entire home has travertine flooring. This property includes three parking spots. Garage dimensions: Height-69" Width- 177 Length 16 feet" Car port Dimensions: Height- 84" Width -87 Length 18 feet" . one covered spots that can fit a large SUV and a two car garage.

Entering the large property, there is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor contains a living room with a queen pull out and kitchen area with a large second floor balcony that has a propane grill and ocean views. The third floor holds the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and the master bath. Additionally, this floor also has the third bedroom with 2 twin bunk beds, as well as the fourth bedroom with a full size bed.

Directly outside the master bedroom is the third floor balcony with ocean views and a staircase to the rooftop deck on the fourth level. The rooftop deck has ocean and bay views and has benches and chairs. We just installed a glass bar area with 3 bar stools and a min-fridge on the rooftop.

Disappointing

Great location but that is it. The BBQ was rusted out and broken, knobs worn out. I had to use pliers to turn the spindle to get the gas on. Toaster was rusted out and broken. I had to use my finger to hold the toast down or it would just pop up. We could not use the dryer. It turned off every few minutes because the outside vent was full of lint blocking airflow. Chipped glass bowl in the kitchen. I would never stay here again. We did not know about the dryer until the 2nd night of a 2 night stay. I had to call to get the access information. No information was sent to me. The unit had the bare minimum for kitchen utensils.

Great location

This property is in a great location. Steps from the beach or a short walk to the bay side. Walking distance to great food locations and Belmont park. Short drive to Sea world and San Diego Zoo. The property is spacious and the balcony overlooking the beach with a hot tub was great! The downside is that Mission Blvd. was a bit loud due to high traffic, loud motorcycles and sensitive car alarms and very limited space for parking especially large vehicles. So plan accordingly.

Beautiful house beware of Thieves!

Such a beautiful house located in the middle of mission and pacific beaches. Perfect for a good group of friends with a central hang spot on the second floor. Daily dolphin and seal sighting. Will definitely be coming back! Someone stole our kids’ long boards which was our bad for leaving them out. Something that was hard to believe, however, was someone entered the home from the street entrance is what we’re assuming. They entered while we were at the beach and stole a sizeable amount of cash out of the master bedroom. Super crappy! The next day was when the boards were taken . All of this isn’t the rentals fault, the house was gorgeous. People these days! That’s the only lesson learned to really be vigilant and protect your belongings!

Mission Beach getaway

Nice enough house but double beds should be Queens. Pretty cold in February with no central heating and no carpeting/rugs. Probably pretty nice in the summer.

Great location but needs upkeep badly

First the positives: Great location! You could see the ocean and get to it in less than a minute. The rooftop fire pit was a hit with the family since we could roast marshmallows and make s'mores at night. The spacious kitchen and dining table allowed our party of 10 to gather in one space for meals. Negatives: I had high expectations of this property given the pictures we saw and the price we paid. It fell short on several counts. The comforters looked old and dirty. The extra sheets were bundled up in plastic bags looking wrinkled and unwashed. The door handle and heater knob in the master bedroom was broken. There were not enough curtains to provide privacy or screen from the street lights in the master bedroom. The sink in the bathroom of the second bedroom on the 3rd floor was clogged. None of the locks to the bathroom worked. This was a huge hassle since we had young kids who could rush in without warning. The TVS in 2 bedrooms did not work. The table lamp switch in the ground floor room was sparking. The kitchen paper towels/ bath tissue were of the lowest quality. You have to do a grocery run to get laundry detergent/ dish detergent/ extra bath tissue and kitchen towels. The bikes were broken. All the plastic chairs in the courtyard were broken. I did write to Brandon the property manager and he sent in a handy man the next day to fix the locks, sparking switch, pinned a temporary curtain on the glass window, and sent in replacement bikes. The TVs were never repaired.

The home was clean and easy access to the Beach. The only negatives were the Street people

The Home was nice and clean. The main living area TV did not work and when I contacted the Mgt they responded quickly but advised there was not a cable box. They left and never heard back from them. Every night around 2 A.M street people would go thru the trash to collect cans. They made alot of noise and woke-up the house hold. The Garbage truck is very loud and picks up trash twice a week a 6 am. The house is very nicely located in Mission Beach. The beach area is less crowded than other parts of Mission beach due to limited public parking. I would stay there again..
