I went up to the front desk the day prior to set up shuttle service to the airport. Morning of they said im not signed up and theres no room for me. I had to wait another 15 minutes for a lyft. Having recently had surgery, not a good morning or impression of their hotel.

Our front desk attendant (young woman) was excellent. Friendly, cheerful and helpful. Our shuttle driver was personable and informative. The meal we had in the Lounge was delicious and the bar/lounge attendant was very helpful and attentive.

Room was ok. Bath room was gross and didn’t work properly. We had to call twice to have the toilet unclogged, when just going pee with very little toilet paper. Shower did not drain. When taking a shower you would stand in about 3” of nasty water. I say mast because stuff started coming up from the drain. There was chunks of long black hair coming up as well as long black hair all over the room.

This hotel is tricky what makes it special and lucky is when you get a room with an amazing view we’ll let me tell you we were lucky enough to get a balcony view of the harbor! Friendly teams of helpers etc and front desk people great house keeping just fantastic stay here for great value great location comfy beds.
