I left two jackets in the closet during my recent stay. After checking out, I contacted the hotel and was informed that no items were found in the room. This is very concerning, as both jackets were definitely left in the closet and should have been turned in by housekeeping. I kindly request that you conduct a thorough search and follow up with the housekeeping staff who serviced the room. These items are important to me, and I expect that they be located or an explanation be provided.

Very difficult parking especially if you plan to park your SUV.very narrow entrance to turn unfortunately I had ding and scratches to my odessey side door.was very upsetting on my first day! No one to give directions or help at parking area. Also they never answered when you call from room to get towels.luckily the cleaning lady In the hall ways gave us towels on request.But had a nice view and a balcony from room which was enjoyable!

Clean, nice atmosphere, ans friendly staffs. The only downside was that the entrance to parking garage was so narrow that we almost scratched our car on the way out. Also, the shower drain was so bad and we reported about it at check out.
