Girls getaway

This hotel is being renovated. Other then the dated carpet this was an amazing stay. We were able to check in a bit early got recommendations for food and fun. Walkable to little italy and Satuday Farmers Market right outside.

The property is right when you come off the freeway it was a little confusing getting into the parking garage. The parking garage is very tight downstairs lobby is nice. The rooms was a little old and outdated but otherwise clean probably won’t stay there again.

Where do i start, stayed for 2 nights with wife and kids. We got to our room after checking in and the hotel put us in a room that wasnt what i had reserved. I had to show the staff proof of my original reservation in order for them to change us to the correct room. Then after getting the correct room i got hit with a $150 deposit charged after i had verified with the hotel staff multiple times in person and on the phone that there was no deposit required. Not once was mentioned nor there was any signs of the parking fees and when checking out i was charged $80 for the 2 days. In previous reviews othwr guests mentioned that they were charge $24 per day but little did i know i would get hit with these surprise fees that the hotel doesnt bother mentioning to its guests. I would honestly not recommend this hotel until they are more honest with the hidden fees so beware for future guests.

Check in was at 6 pm was waiting until 8 pm for than to give me a room that’s dirty. Go downstairs they said I had to wait 40 more minutes still no refund?!?? I had to find another room!! Worst hotel worst meanest nastiest staff not helpful at all. I was in tears in the lobby on Valentine’s Day they ruined it.
