This cute 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is located on the sunny side of a North Mission Beach court walking distance to bay, shops, restaurants, Catamaran.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with Cal-King bed and a twin over full bunkbed. There is a 43” Smart Flat screen TV with direct access to the ocean view balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with 43' Smart Flat Screen TV.
There is a shared full size bathroom with dual sinks and tub
The 1st floor living room is has catherdral celings and 60inch flatscreen tv. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table. On this floor, there is another full bathroom with shower.
The front patio with ocean views includes 6 seat table and umbrella and gas BBQ for cookouts.
Full size clothes washer & dryer..

Ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Pacific and Mission Beach. The bay is conveniently located just across the street where the Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle, and available rentals (bike, scooters,boat, and boards). In addition to the beaches, you are just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district, Petco park, Convention Center and Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.

COVID cleaning practices:
Self check in -check out process (digital code provided prior to arrival)

Cleaning team wears masks and gloves. (particular attention to high touch areas)

This rental is located in a very quiet, high density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter families. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach, shops, and great food. I counted about 50 steps from the front door to the sand! I had considered renting a house directly on the beach, but decided against it because those homes tend to have a lot of foot traffic right out front. This spot was the ideal balance of convenience and privacy.We stayed here over Christmas, and the added bonus was the festive Christmas tree on the beach decorated with colorful plastic sand toys and shovels. You could see it from the patio, and we even took our family photos there—it was such a fun touch!The house itself was spotless and tastefully decorated, with a cozy, beachy vibe throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—pots, pans, casserole dishes, a coffee maker, and more.We had one minor hiccup when the power went out, but the owner responded immediately and guided us to the fuse box to fix the issue.Overall, we loved everything about this stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect place!

We vacation in San Diego every year and this has been our favorite house so far. Loved the location and view of the ocean. My favorite part was the upper patio where I drank my coffee every morning and watched the waves. The listing is accurate and looks like the pictures. We will be back!

Perfect Spot.

This is a great option for a small family visit to San Diego. The house was clean, has two well-stocked full baths and beds were very comfortable. My daughter loved the “hidden” bunk beds. We didn’t cook, but kitchen had everything you would need. I really appreciated the coffee that was available for guest use!Walkable to so many options, but if you choose to have a car (as we did) parking was very manageable. We couldn’t fit in the garage, but never had trouble finding a spot on street nearby. If you get lucky there is a spot on alley right next to the house!Views of the sunset from the upper balcony were stunning, too!

Great SD getaway

This was such a wonderful little place to stay with perfect location. It is less than one block to the beach, which is absolutely amazing. It’s close to everything including the airport. This home was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and included many items you typically don't find with VRBO rentals (paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap in the bathrooms, etc.). The owner was kind and responsive to our questions. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the grocery store, shops and restaurants. As a former San Diego resident, I can honestly say you won't find a better house and location in Mission Beach.

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. We visit Mission Beach a few times a year & this was our favorite stay yet. The house was immaculately clean. The location is perfect. The parking is tight but that is expected in this area. Like other reviews have noted, plan for a small SUV or small sedan. The beds were comfy & we had plenty of space for my husband & I as well as our 17 & 20 year old daughters. The property had everything you need to spend the day on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Feels just like home!

We felt right at home! House is well stocked, from kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms! The host could not have been any more supportive and responsive! It is a great location, close to both ocean and bay. The small garage is a bit of a challenge, but after a couple tries at parking our compact rental, it was quite easy and convenient. Nice beach house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was neat and clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location is fantastic. It's a very short walk to the ocean beach on one side and Mission Bay on the other.
