Stunning Dreaming Garden House Close to UTC and La Jolla

Custom Design House with Balboa Park style garden. The house located in a central Mira Mesa neighborhood, 12 minutes to Westfield UTC Shopping Mall, close to San Diego La Jolla beaches, SD Zoo, Safari, Sea World, Lego Land and many dinning Restaurants and other travel San Diego Places.

After reviews and go travel to many Airbnb places. We decided to remodel to become the host ourselves and create a dreaming vacation home.

Sleeping Arrangement:

One master cali King bed = 2 adults and 2 children.
- 3 queen beds = 6 adults.
- 1 daybed (become 2 twin beds) = 2 adults.
- 1 queen infladable bed = 2 adults
- 1 full infladable bed and 1 sleeping bag = 2 or 3 adults

Spacious home with awesome patio near Del Mar, La Jolla, and Torrey Pines

We had 12 people ranging from 9-79 and did not feel cramped, especially with the huge patio. The home was within 15 minutes of Del Mar, La Jolla, and Torrey Pines, which were the places we wanted to go. We also went downtown to the USS Midway one day and over to Coronado, which were only 20-25 minute drives. There are great fruit trees lining the back patio and Anh lets you eat the awesome fruit. Anh is a great host and quick communicator through the VRBO messaging system. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and peaceful. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Lovely Home and Great Backyard for a Special Occasion

We celebrated my daughter's Masters Degree from UCSD with a house party weekend. The house and backyard was amazing for the gathering and the kitchen was well stocked, as we cooked rather than catered. Very quiet neighborhood and services very close if items needed from the grocery store. Listing a little confusing, house is really only a 4 bedroom and then an alcove on first floor has a day bed with trundle but no privacy. Sleeps 10 in beds, the rest would be on inflatable mattresses.

Great Family Home

The house was very nice. The kids enjoyed playing on the back yard and our family dinners on the patio were magical. The house has most of what we needed. (Kitchen was a little light on kitchen tools for the serious cooking, so ask ahead what is available) Location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet.

Thoughtful Hosts!

We couldn’t ask for a better stay . The home was immaculate with lots of extras you don’t expect in a vacation home . All toilets have bidets which is a big plus ! There’s a Breville coffee maker, milk frother , grilled cheese maker and lots of appliances. They even have a clothes steamer ! Ample towels, shampoos, and soaps . Lots of books and games’ ! The backyard is incredible! Very peaceful and stunning . The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We are Superhosts ourselves and this place impressed us ! Don’t Hesitate to stay here’

Birthday Weekend

We stayed at this property for a birthday weekend. Dinner party for 12, the backyard was perfect! Gorgeous large table out there. Only 5 of us stayed the whole weeked and the rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Since we were going to be 12 for dinner we knew to bring extra plates and kitchen things to make the dinner, but what is already there was nice clean and very useful for the rest of the weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

Very good experience

Everything went well. Good communication, nice home, clean. Backyard is fantastic. We grilled and made a great dinner one evening and brought in a chef for the other two nights. The setting was awesome for us to eat, drink and be merry!! Good place to stay.
