The room was generally good and clean. However, the first night was a bit disappointing as we didn’t feel very welcomed. The staff, who should have greeted us warmly after our long journey, lacked kindness and hospitality. He even mentioned that despite our booking, there was still a possibility we couldn’t be accommodated due to our late check-in, which contradicts the “check-in anytime” policy stated in their brochure—the reason we chose their hotel. On a positive note, I must commend the housekeepers for their friendliness and dedication to keeping everything spotless. Additionally, I noticed an issue with the bathroom faucets, which might need some attention.

Great hotel at a great location to hop on the train or cable car being at the front door. Close proximity to shops. My only dislike is the portable AC unit that was in my room. It was loud and i couldn’t turn it off because i would’ve gotten hot. But overall great hotel.

Easy check in, valet and check out. Also having an easy accessible water and ice machine was a plus. We didn’t do this but I think you can rent a record player and vinyls which is neat!

Unfortunately, overpriced for the offerings. The place is dark, the wifi didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work. The staff was nice and helpful but overall, felt like we were overcharged for what we got.

The room was very nice: clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The bathroom was another highlight: modern, large, and very well designed. The only downside was the portable AC unit, which was really noisy at night. I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Aside from that, everything else was fine

We really enjoyed our stay at Axiom Hotel. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Also the room was really clean and fresh with linen and towels changed every day, can't find fault with anything. Would definately stay here again if we're ever back in San Francisco!!
