I'm not at all picky buuuuut this was a true test....arrived and floor was wet, not damp but wet....the room did not have a/c and was in a sketchy area even though it was walking distance to the beach...just very run down, with clean but stained sheets.....some homeless hang out in the area and parking was tough at night.

Excellent location right across the street from the beach and a block from Golden gate park. There's a great coffee/breakfast nearby called Java Beach Cafe and a convenience store right behind the property. This hotel offers great value for the price. No frills basic hotel room with everything you need.

Just a little outdated. Didn’t see any bugs for my stay. Room was clean, bathroom also clean. Just a feint smell of smoke it seemed. For the price and location can’t beat it. Stayed for a night with the family and went and explored the city. Beach was nice and stay overall was great. Front desk guy really nice and friendly.

The manager Mr. Sam AKA Gujeet was very helpful and obliging with requests. The proximity to beach and other sights was excellent. Mattress was good, rooms were large. The coffee in Lobby was welcome. Would have liked to have a a micro in room but there was one in Lobby that sufficed.

Seedy people hanging out and not maintained at all. Very glad to get out of there without bedbugs or something. They really need to maintain this better because it's proximity to the beach is amazing.
