This is a clean no nonsense place to stay in historic Old San Juan. For folks that just need a place to sleep, shower and change it is perfect and very inexpensive. I loved no paying resort hotel prices for amenities I wonât use because I am always out seeing the sights. Recommendations for the hotel. The room I was in lacked a soap dish or shelf in the shower. There was no place to put the soap and shampoo. I used the bathroom sink which was conveniently close to the shower door. The beds are high so they also need a chair or bench in each room where guests can sit and put on their shoes. The staff there was excellent!
Simple but luxurious. The hotel and rooms are immaculately cleaned. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses Iâve ever slept on. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Staff assisted with every question we had and helped point out great local places to eat. The area was a bit loud at times but to be expected given the location and narrow streets. Had a great time for a quick visit to PR it was a perfect location for those interested in history and culture.
Edgard and Alberto made this stay one for the books! From the amazing customer service, to cleanliness of the room and hotel, to being detail oriented. They made our anniversary an unforgetable one!
Really beautiful hotel. Definitely get a room with a balcony because the basic rooms have no window and you will feel somewhat caved in. Also, tv does not have anything other than YouTube.
The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and other hotels and there was a nice park across the street where you could purchase breakfast items and coffee. There is no restaurant at the hotel. The rooms were small, had no windows and lacked inexpensive items, i.e., a small bar of soap, as an example. Further, the shower was tight and had no small shelf in it to place your own bar of soap as you showered. Towels and washcloths were clean and the overall hotel was well kept. We were staying there for 1 night but based on the accommodations, I would not recommend for more than that. One other good thing is the hotel has a working elevator which is a convenience for hauling suitcases.
This hotel was great wish it have a little more space in the room and a window, but overall itâs a great place. The staff where super sweet special thanks to Liliam â€ïž
Great location that is in the middle of everything. If you get a room on the main street, it can be loud on the weekends. Only request is I wish they had coffee available early in the morning.
We had a erfuour stay at Armas Hotel in Puerto Rico was phenomenal. We particularly had great beach recommendation and excellent customer service from Liliam.
She always welcomed us with an attentive and kind demeanor that really made a difference.
Thank you Liliam and all the Armas staff for making our stay comfortable. We will definitely come back again!!!
