The apartment is located on Condado Beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This area is very safe and full of tourist attractions/activities. Surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, beach soccer and other beach sports are common along our beach. From our apartment, you will be able to easily walk to some of the top restaurants, hotels, casinos and nightlife spots in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Condado is home to the famed La Concha Hotel, Marriott Stellaris, Conrad Hotel, Caribe Hilton, all within walking distance. In addition, there is many conveniences nearby with includes a pharmacy, a 24-hour grocery store, and a 24-hour convenience store. Currently, the exterior of the building is undergoing cosmetic renovation which would not effect your stay in any way. The pool is open and there is direct access to ocean beaches from the rear of building. There is a Full Queen Pullout Bed in the living room. THIS PROPERTY IS SUITABLE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. ADDITIONAL GUEST 3 & 4 EACH PAY $50.00 PER NIGHT.

Lou is a great host -- very responsive to our needs. The building is in a great location -- lots of very nice restaurants nearby, the beach is wonderful, and the pool is very nice. The apartment has a perfect view of the ocean and it's lovely to sit out on the balcony and take in the view and the breeze. The apartment is very comfortable and was stocked very well with necessities.

Our host, Lou, was very informative, and quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was really nice, clean and well appointed. The view was beautiful, and we will miss the sound of the waves as we fall asleep tonight. The only cons were the mattress was too soft for us. And, it would be nice if there were a few more empty drawers/cabinets for guests to put things. Great place to stay! Thank you Lou.

We got off to a little rough start because the power went out due to hurricane Erin. But Sunday morning, the power came back on, and the rest of the trip was really, really good. The apartment is very convenient and well stocked.!

My stay was 4 days. I arrived early before check in at 3pm. Louis allowed us to check in early which was at 12pm. The place it’s perfect for 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Sunrise and Sunset. The kitchen was clean and all the utilities needed. The free parking was the best and walking distance from to everything.

Sunrise Sunset view!

It was wonderful in Puerto Rico and our place was facing the ocean it was such a beautiful view ! The place had all the stuff to cook , beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and more it was a nice cozy place we felt like home there. The area was walking distance to restaurants, casinos, and beaches. We definitely will be back .

Property had an amazing view and the owner was super helpful and flexible with our schedule after landing late. Apartment was very clean and it a great location, with plenty to do all around. Dozens of restaurants and stores within 15 minute walking distance. Parking was easy to navigate and very useful as we got a rental to travel the island during our stay. Beach is quickly accessible out the back, with a provided key. Pool is clean and taken care of. Would recommend and will be staying again in the future!

Excellent apartment view is amazing!

Property was excellent the parking can be a little crazy. There is construction happening right now but it won't disturb you. The front entrance can be a challenge watch for traffic if your driving beware. Overall the listing was great and the host was amazing.

Puerto Rico Getaway

This property was very clean and homey. It is well situated, easy walking distance to many great restaurants and only a few minutes from a freeway. The ocean view is marvelous. The owner provided all sorts of equipment for use on the beach. The property also has a very nice pool.

Condado charm!

Convenient location in Condado, on the beach with wonderful balcony view of water. Huge pool! Very clean apt., very comfortable & communication was excellent. Lots of extras for beachgoing, & having a parking spot was great. Will definitely be back!
