Renovations plans are being made so by your next visit to Puerto Rico hopefully you will find us more up to date. The Lagoon does flood the end of the street specially during high tide but that is out of our control. Glad you liked the breakfast.

Thank you for your stay with us Edna.Parking is difficult for all 3 hotels in this area but that is why we have made a special deal with the multilevel parking lot were you only pay 20 for 24 hours and they let you in and out as many times as you need.

Hi Ms. Wood, sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us and we apologize for the very inappropriate clerk's bracelet! we asure you this will not happen again. We certainly do not have ocean view, as El Canario Lagoon we do have a view to the Lagoon, starting from the 3rd floor corner rooms up to the right-side rooms in the 5th, regretfully, when you made your reservation we only had left the one on the left side that has a very restrictive view due to the construction, once in the open roof, which is private to only the 4 suites in this fifth floor, you get a beautiful sunset and sunrise from the lagoon. We will fix the description of the kitchen also.The 150.00 is not a resort fee, your stay's resort fee was 114.35, the 150.00 is the Security Deposit which starts at 200 in the surrounding hotels and up to 450.00, making us the least expensive one plus it is refundable.The walk to the pool, gym and jacuzzi is by the sidewalk between the 2 hotels which has no mud or flooding unless you are coming from the street parking. The multilevel parking lot do not get flooded and 20.00 for 24 hours makes this parking less than a 1 per hour which makes it extremely inexpensive as there is No parking in Puerto Rico at that rate.We do not get flooded; it is the hotel next door.Your stay was half the cost of a simple room at the Holiday Inn Express which are enclosed, no balcony or view at all, El Canario is the least expensive hotel in Condado area and that is why we are always booked.As to the laundry...we do not understand how you paid 10.00 in coin operated machines that are 2.00 each?the machines at the Holiday Inn are at 5 each, again, much more expensive than El Canario and that is why their guests come to us for laundry.Parking is only 100 steps from us and the beach is up the block, about 200 steps.We hope that your Holidays got better and that the New Year brings you health and prosperity!
