This property exceeded our expectations. It was so clean and well appointed. We only stayed one night before a flight but it had everything we needed and was very close to the airport. Wonderful and very happy with the location and room and host, Iris. Would have given 5 stars if the room had coffee however we enjoyed the bakeries and cafes we went to that morning and came back to the room before checkout. Would stay again. Even if you are staying outside of San Juan, this is a great first night in PR place right around the corner from the airport. Thank you Iris!

Great spot if you need somewhere close to the airport. Very clean. Near a lot of restaurants. Host was very communicative and check-in instructions were very clear. Perfect size for one or two people. I do wish there was even just a plastic chair outside for sitting, as it is nice to have that option when in a warm weather climate. My wife and I had an early flight back to the states so we stayed at this Air B and B in order to get to the airport with ample time for customs, TSA and security line. The studio is located about 7-8 minutes from the airport. The studio was clean and comfortable. It had a kitchen with microwave which was great because we could reheat leftovers from dinner for a late night snack. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the mattress on the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit husky and firm for my taste but overall, my stay was pleasant and I would recommend staying at this location.
