Staff at check in is so rude. Daren either had a bad day or he is unprofessional by nature. His manager Adriana is not much better! We couldn't believe a staff in Holiday inn would act this way. I will take my business and money to where I'm respected.

I had terrible experience at check in with rude and unprofessional staff (Daren) while the other agent was great. When I brought this concern to the manager (Adriana) she was very indifferent and acted as if nothing has happened. I can't understand how a hospitality business would have people like these represent it!

Cleaning crew and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Inexpensive and clean hotel, and a short ride to the disney parks. There's also a small market around the corner from the hotel that sells delicious carnitas and tortas. Bari's pizza is in the same plaza and is also delicious.
