The Casa is fully AIR-CONDITIONED with the beautiful coved Viga ceilings, complementing hand-troweled diamond plaster walls. There is wood flooring, a chef's kitchen with open concept design, and a master bathroom that is an absolute 'wow'.  Designer Navajo-inspired woven wool rugs adorn throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms (in addition to air conditioning), and a European heating system.  The kitchen offers a stainless Viking French Door refrigerator, Jennair gas stove/oven, Bosch dishwasher, and Breville microwave. There is generous counter cooking space, and all the Breville, Cuisinart, Keurig, and Iron Clad small appliances and cookware you need to complete whatever project you're cooking or baking.  Counter seating for 4.
