Late winter getaway

Great location for a Santa Fe vacation. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Did two great hikes just outside of Santa Fe. Casita was quiet, clean and had all the amenities needed. We would definitely return to Casa Noir.

Lovely home great location

We loved the architecture and interior design of this home. It lived up to the online photos and description. It was located just a few minutes walk from Canyon Rd. and within short driving distance of restaurants and shopping in other areas of Santa Fe. The neighborhood is quiet. This property met and exceeded all of my expectations. The design, layout, and location of the property added to the quality of my vacation. The owners had thought of everything and provided the little touches that made all the difference. Everything was first-rate. The technology in the kitchen and throughout the property was up to date. The agent was responsive to questions and anticipated our needs

This VRBO was convenient to my mother who stayed nearby in a hotel and all the downtown restaurants and attractions. With 6 people (4 college students) having walkable access was important. The laundry was a huge help and it was cold enough that we could put extra drinks outside since the beautiful but tight kitchen was sometimes a challenge for 6 adults. Bathrooms were perfect with enough space and great, walk-in showers. The living space is not huge for socializing but we made it work with the open farm doors to the extra bedroom, expanding it for seating when we were all together. Any questions were immediately answered by the host and, when a smoke detector began chirping, a maintenance person arrived within 30 minutes to replace it. Everything in the cacita is stylish, stylized and curated -- enjoyable and a perfect place to use as our Christmas holiday hub!

The property itself is in a perfect location within walking distance to the plaza. The house itself was very pretty but two appliances in the kitchen (oven and kitchen faucet) broke while we were there. The faucet issue was fixed the same day, however we were told that the oven would be fixed the following week. We had to throw away some food that could only be prepared in the oven so that was a waste of money. Other than this, the property is comfortable and very pretty.
