As you arrive you will feel the essence of the community & culture with the classic adobe home design & the traditional Sandia Ristas hanging from the front awning. The Santa Fe blue door greets you upon arrival with a seamless keyless entry into the foyer.
LIVING SPACE:
As you take a few steps up from the foyer of the 2-story condo a large open-concept living space awaits with tall wood accent ceilings & a unique clay fireplace as the centerpiece of the room. The living room features a chestnut leather couch with 2 mid-century modern chairs & a refinished driftwood coffee table overlooking a mounted Smart TV. The textures & colors throughout the space elevate the ambiance while allowing it to still be cozy & the perfect place to catch up on your favorite shows or read a book.

If you take the stairs on the right side of the living room, you will find the dedicated office space on the landing. If you have a few emails to catch up on, an office desk & chair are available overlooking the whole living space below. The 2 large windows in this space energize the area making it the perfect place to get creative or find a seat at the bench to read, draw, or write.

The stairs to the left of the living space take you to the bedrooms as well as a laundry closet with a washer & dryer available for you to use if needed. Additional cleaning supplies, hangers & an iron can also be found here.

KITCHEN:
The main level boasts an open concept allowing the kitchen to overlook both the living space & dining room. A unique southwest design is highlighted with textured green cabinetry & detailed backsplash tiling. You will have the ability to cook any meal you desire with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with a water & ice dispenser, & a toaster, alongside all cookware, utensils, dishes & glasses. For your mornings a tea kettle & a drip coffee pot are available with a starter selection of complimentary coffee. The breakfast bar with seating for 4 is the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat before hitting the slopes or heading out for some shopping. But in the evenings gather around with your group at the designated dining table featuring seating for up to 6 guests.

BEDROOMS:
The southwestern design & earthy tones blend into each bedroom’s dĂ©cor to ensure a luxurious & rejuvenating stay. The condo has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with the ability to sleep up to 4 guests.

Both bedrooms feature a hotel-quality king sized bed, luxurious sheets, & cozy pillows with a restful décor to ensure a relaxing stay. Each room has a large dresser & closet for extra storage, where you will find 2 plush robes to lounge in. Both rooms have a smart TV & double-door access out to the ground-level patio.

The primary bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom featuring a traditional soaking tub & a stand-up shower with a detachable showerhead. The secondary bathroom is complete with a stand-up shower with a detachable showerhead. Both bathrooms highlight plush towels, & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash along with basic toiletry needs such as cotton balls & q-tips to remove makeup.

OUTSIDE:
From the office space landing, walk out to your private second-floor deck featuring stunning views of the surrounding areas. Pour a glass of wine, gather with your group around the bistro living set for some appetizers while you watch the sunset.

From each bedroom, step through the double doors onto the second private outdoor patio. In the mornings, curl up in a robe, grab a cup of coffee, & head out to the patio to enjoy the serenity of the desert mornings.

On the main level, you will have access to parking in the single-car garage with 1 additional parking spot available in the driveway.

You will have access to the whole condo

The classic southwestern home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, an easy walk to the Historic Plaza, Canyon Road, & the Rail Yard District. Shop to your heart`s content at The Plaza, Downtown Area, or at the Farmer’s Market. Explore the area`s vast culture at the Museum of International Folk Art, El Rancho de las Golondrinas or the Museum of Indian Arts & Culture. Many historic & stunning chapels are located around the town & easy to access. During the summer months, many hiking trails are in the area while the winter brings skiing opportunities once the mountains have been dusted with snow. No matter what has brought you to Santa Fe, A Vacation Different is the perfect home base for your stay!

Rideshare services are available however we recommend arriving with your own vehicle to explore the greater area. Once you arrive, the property is walkable to The Plaza with many shops, restaurants, bars & galleries to enjoy. During your stay, you will have access to the 1 car garage with 1 additional parking spot available in the driveway. The condo is 18 minutes from the Santa Fe Regional Airport.

- Waste bags are provided for your convenience. Pet waste should be disposed of using the diaper genie located in the garage.

What a wonderful week we had at this beautiful home! The communication with the host prior to our arrival was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience and we were so impressed with how clean and organized the home is. There were so many nice touches, like comfy bathrobes, lovely soaps and shampoos, extra blankets and pillows, coffee and water, a kind welcome note and local recommendations, etc., etc. The home is in a great neighborhood, nice and quiet, and an easy walk to the plaza (though it rained a bit while we were there, so we drove around more than anticipated). The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished and appointed. The gardens surrounding are lovely and we really enjoyed the upstairs patio! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Santa Fe in our new favorite abode.

Great place

This place was great for my wife and I, plus our 2 young kids and the dog. It was well decorated, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great being close to downtown and also close to the ski mountain access. We would stay here again

Great Christmas in Santa Fe

We booked a last minute trip over Christmas. We could not have asked for a better place. Just a quick walk (15 minutes) to the Plaza. The condo was spacious and quiet. I whipped up a tasty batch of Gumbo in the nicely-appointed kitchen. My only (very minor) issue was that the fireplace was not "lightable," as in, you could only light the LED candles in it and not burn an actual fire.

Wonderful stay! Close to walking distance to square

We had 4 Adults that stayed. What a lovely place! Perfect for us and plenty of room. Stocked with everything we needed in kitchen. Nice quiet neighborhood. Private parking was a plus. We walked to town daily and had coffee. Less than a mile and we were in the middle of everything. The place was clean and decorated Sante Fe style. The host was very attentive and made us a little gift. Beds were so comfortable. Better than any hotel in our opinion. Liked that could wake up and go up top deck and see the mountains and sun rise. We would stay here again!
