Casita Arbolito is an enchanting hideaway within walking distance to The Plaza, Canyon Road, and the Railyard. The diamond plaster walls are adorned with artistic flourishes, including rock art, and a gorgeous tree in the bedroom that gives the home its name.



LIVING AREA

The living room is comfortable and cozy, featuring a stained glass window, a striking wooden coffee table with entangled branches for a base, via ceilings, rock art built into the wall, and a number of colorful artistic flourishes. All of these features come together to illustrate the home’s organic theme.

The fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast nook make it easy to prepare home-cooked meals.

The place was very cute, and very well located for enjoying central Santa Fe. It was on occasion a bit noisier than I might have liked, and the parking was a little less than convenient, with the egress to the street involving an almost-blind turn that was a bit nervy. The very large refrigerator, just through the door from the bed, was notably loud. Still, a convenient and comfortable stay.

Stunning, artistic accommodations
one of the most charming, cosy places we have ever stayed. We could walk everywhere. We are an older, active couple and especially appreciated the large walk-in shower with a seat and safety bar. Even the bathroom had lovely stained glass.A great kitchen, heated floors in the TV room. The fireplace in the bedroom is charming. A fine grocery store 2 blocks away
and a short walk to the Plaza. It’s perfect.

We were able to fully enjoy Santa Fe without a car. Within walking distance to the plaza, food shopping, and great food trucks. The casita, parts of which are historic, was beautifully modified..and like living in a work of art. A fully equipped kitchen, comfy and charming living room. A beautiful walk-in shower with grab bars. This is the most charming place we have stayed.

Place was super cute and super clean. Close to downtown and could walk everywhere in just 14 minutes. Only issue is we had brought food to cook on the grill but there was no propane in the grill. Probably should put a screen on back door because it’s such a nice breeze but tons of flies around so had to keep door closed. Windows do open with screens for some fresh air. If people are upstairs can get a little noisy. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner because what they had was natural and vegan and if you are like me doesn’t work well with curly hair. Had a sweet welcome gift along with coffee that was made in town. People before us broke the toilet seat but I called the management company and they fixed it right away. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Santa Fe style condo with very thoughtful decor and amenities. Perfect getaway for couples. The only drawback we experienced is the upstairs neighbor was a bit noisy when moving around at night. Had a short conversation with him about the noise. Nice guy living his life. It's just a thin floor above.

This was exactly what was needed! This property was just adorable! It has everything you will need to be comfortable. We were able to walk to all areas we wanted to visit. There is a nice neighborhood grocery on the corner. The patio was our favorite morning and evening spot to relax. You will love your stay.

We plan to stay here again!

We parked our car and explored Santa Fe by foot for three days. This was a perfect location. Unit was lovely too. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and the living room . Kitchen was fully stocked but we only made simple breakfasts.

Perfect Cozy Stay

Fabulously Cozy

My husband and enjoyed a wonderful little getaway to Santa Fe recently. Casa Arbolito was the PERFECT place for us - can't say enough about this magical little property! A very memorable stay in a cozy condo which is close to the central plaza and many other Santa Fe delights. We would also like to emphasize that the property management folks are very attentive and kind. They respond right away with great attention and care. We would definitely recommend renting this cute, stylish, very unique property.

Fabulous space with everything

This casitas has it all- beautifully decorated, walkable to town, near a corner market, space to spread out. Parking a bit tricky if your vehicle is big but we had a sedan so no worries. Check in and out easy! The hosts left coffee and some treats which was very welcomed. Couldn’t find any faults with these accommodations and would recommend to friends.

Cozy casita

Beautiful and comfortable casita near the plaza. We enjoyed walking there every day. We enjoyed the comfort and size of the property. We had a RV van so it was a little hard to park. Any normal size car would fit easily.
