Nice for the Price!

The room was set up with a kichenette, LR and bedroom with a double door for privacy in case another guest was sleeping on the sofa sleeper. There was the smell of old stale smoke when we entered the room. It could use some airing out. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials. Parking is tight for suvs and trucks. Nice room for a couple.

Everything was perfect, until I pulled the sheets back to get in the bed, and found hair, dirt, and dried makeup & eyelashes on the pillow cases. I was so appalled, I almost started crying because I was so tired from driving to Santa Fe all day long. I wanted to go to sleep, but had to call the front desk to send me up some clean sheets. The maid brought up two flat sheets and two pillow cases even though there were four pillows on the bed. She didn’t bring a clean blanket either. I ended up sleeping in the sheets only and got cold!

Great stay!!

The hotel was very comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful! The location was within a 6-8 minute walk to many restaurants and bars!! The pool area could use some more loungers.

Nice spacious and clean room. Nice hot tub. Only downside is the lack of included breakfast. I understand this hotel is located close by to downtown Santa Fe, but included breakfast is a significant timesaver for anyone looking to see more of beautiful New Mexico.

The room had cleanliness issues, which seems to be an ongoing issue with Hiltons I've stayed in lately. I woke up in the morning with ants all over my belongings. The furniture in the room showed a lot of wear. I would not recommend.

Our stay at the Santa Fe Hilton Vacation Club Villas was just fantastic. Every single person on staff we talked with was extremely kind and helpful. The property is in a great location, with just a short walk to the historic square. With the parking situation in downtown Santa Fe on the difficult and costly side, it was very refreshing to know that our car was close by, safe and came at no extra charge. We made use of the complete kitchen, and also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea just across the street from our building at the reception area. All in all, an excellent choice for downtown Santa Fe!

The location of this property is great! You can walk to the plaza in about 10 minutes. There you will find lots of excellent dining options and shopping. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was newly remodeled. It had everything you need for making small meals. There was a full size coffee pot but I recommend buying some better coffee. They provided enough for the first day. The refrigerator is 3/4 size with a freezer. There is a Sprouts grocery store that is less than 1/2 mile away. There is a TV in the combination kitchen/living room area and a separate one in the bedroom. I highly recommend Hilton Vacation Suites in Santa Fe. I plan to stay there during my next visit.

Excellent service and staff

Clean, comfortable, and lots of space. I requested an early check-in to have time to get ready for the wedding I was attending, and they had the room ready before I even made it to town. In my experience, Hilton properties are unmatched for hospitality. Overall, the property is quite nice and I did get to utilize the gym, which had everything needed for a good workout. Definitely will stay here in my next visit to Santa Fe.
