With a prime downtown location just 2 blocks from the Plaza and trendy Railyard District, this 3BR/2BA villa is a dreamy Santa Fe retreat! Situated in the charming Zona Rosa condo complex, the San Rafael unit features rustic-chic decor, a well-appointed kitchen, a fireplace, and a spacious patio perfect for entertaining on temperate New Mexico nights.

A plethora of world-class restaurants, galleries, museums, and local attractions are within a short walk.

***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of the other 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company.**

LIVING AREA

Relax in the upscale living area, outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 50” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Wood-beam ceilings and terracotta floors create a delightful Southwestern ambience. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start your day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with gleaming granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances.

This single-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.

All three bedrooms boast comfortable king beds and smart TVs equipped with Roku.

An en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Enjoy appetizers on the private patio, detailed with seating for six. Orenjoy grilling a meal onthe gas grill.

Our original booking fell through, so we scrambled at the last minute to find this property, and what a find it was! The location is perfect, making most of the main Santa Fe area walkable. The condo is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The back patio was a plus. Checking in and out was very easy. Losing the other property was a blessing in disguise. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 3 of us staying here for 4 nights. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The unit was better than the pictures show. The only negative I have is the stripping of beds and emptying the trash cans before we left. Not how I wanted to start my day with a 11 hour drive In front of me.

Very Comfortable and Convenient

Our stay at Zona Rosa was wonderful. We traveled with our two college-age sons and stayed in a three bedroom/two bath unit which was more than adequate and extremely comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make full course meals, there was plenty of firewood for nightly fires, and questions for management were promptly addressed. The southwestern touches throughout the unit were lovely and much appreciated. Santa Fe Plaza, the Rail Yard District and numerous restaurant are all within an easy 5-10 minute walk. The only issue we experienced was spotty Wifi.

Santa Fe Birthday Celebration

The location was close to the plaza and very convenient. Parking was easy. It took a bit for us to master the door unlocking system, but we got it. lol. The unit itself was nicely decorated and the rooms comfortable. The patio was beautiful. The air conditioning control was tricky. Perhaps more detailed instructions for the lock and a/c would benefit older guests. We enjoyed our stay there. I’m personally not a fan of having to strip the beds, take out the trash and start the dishwasher. At the price, it seems we shouldn’t have to do the maid’s work. No one else in our party complained. Perhaps I’m more of a fan of hotels.
