San Diego Pool Home are proud to present this stunning San Diego home, boasting a resort-style backyard with a private pool, hot tub, and rock waterslide. Enjoy outdoor fun with a basketball hoop and unwind in the spacious, newly remodeled interior. Perfect for families and groups, this vacation home offers a memorable getaway with amazing amenities and a prime location.



The Space:

The heart of this home boasts a spacious living room, perfect for gathering and relaxation. Enjoy movie nights on the comfy sectional sofa. Six bedrooms provide ample sleeping arrangements: three with queen-size beds, one with a queen bed and futon, another with a double bed and a single trundle, and a final room with two bunk beds. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher, complemented by a breakfast bar and a full dining table. Entertainment options abound with a ping pong table. Outside, a backyard oasis awaits with a mini golf course, cornhole boards, a fire pit with rocking Adirondack chairs, and a complete outdoor cooking area with a grill, fridge, bar seating, and a covered TV. The fenced-in front yard offers an alternative area for when the sun hits the front of the house.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all areas and amenities, including the private pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and game room with a pool table and ping pong table. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, and fire pit in the garden or backyard. The house features six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Amenities include wireless internet, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a garage.

Nestled in the heart of Santee, our home offers a blend of suburban tranquility and convenient access to local attractions. You'll find a variety of dining options nearby, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants. Explore the local shops and boutiques, perfect for a leisurely afternoon of browsing. For outdoor enthusiasts, numerous parks and recreational areas are just a short drive away, offering opportunities for hiking, biking, and enjoying the California sunshine. While specific walking distances vary, most amenities are easily accessible by car, making this a perfect base for exploring the greater San Diego area. Located 5 minutes from the Santee Sports Complex.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! While a car is recommended to explore the San Diego area, you'll find convenient options nearby. The closest bus stop is a short walk away, offering access to local routes. For those flying in, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is approximately a 25-minute drive. Parking is available: you can utilize the driveway. This allows you to explore the local area and beyond with ease.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for $150 per night. Please notify us in advance if you intend to bring pets with you and specify the number of pets. Please be aware that there is a pet fee of $100 per pet. This fee is necessary to cover additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting the San Diego area with with friends & family. The home is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Fun House!

We stayed here with a bunch of kids for a summer cheer camp, and we LOVED it! The property management was so easy, the house had plenty of room and was close to almost anything we needed, and the amenities in the backyard were endlessly fun! Hope we get to do it again next year.

The house is great for what it is- a fun home for friends and families to gather and enjoy sunshine in a beautiful backyard. We had 7 adults and 6 kids. The pool is great, as are all the other perks of the backyard. The house is comfortable, and the kids’ room is very cute, fun, and sleeps them comfortably. The kitchen has enough of the basics to prepare some meals, and it is close to stores to buy what you need. Overall, we had a great stay.

Perfect & Fun Stay

We had a great time, 15 of us ages 2-65 years old and everyone had something to be doing. Pool, slide, mini gold, pin ball game, bunk beds with slides, pool table, ping pong table. Yup, this house is equipped with everything you need. House is HUGE and everyone was comfortable. Definitely will keep this gem in my favorites. Oh, another big plus, it's near everything you might need..

Great home for our friends and family to stay in

Home had all the amenities we needed! Really close to places to eat and shop for anything we needed. Location was far enough to stay away from SD, but close enough to drive to when needed!..Had 3 families with kids ranging from 1 to 12, and they all had a blast at the home! We had a great family getaway at this house, that kept us occupied with an amazing pool and sport activity lawns. Ducked away to the nearby Santee Drive-in theater for a fun nighttime movie as well. Entire accomodations process was smooth. Perfect spot for my family (three generations, ages 10-80)

Great Family Getaway

We were staying in Santee due to a family graduation celebration traveling from Wisconsin. The outdoor amenities were beyond amazing. My sister travels with two children with special needs and the property was just what we needed to keep everyone entertained without having to travel much in the area. Kevin and his wife were extremely kind and were great in communicating.

The property met our expectation and more

The bedrooms were a little small, but since we just slept in them, it was fine. The outdoor pool, corn hole, pool table, and ping pong table were great for the families anytime during the stay. The location was close to San Diego. The property manager was very responsive when little things needed attention.

Resort style home

My family all flew down to San Diego for my fathers celebration of life. We all stayed at this rented home very comfortably. It was very nice and clean. It was nicely decorated with all the amminities of home. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, we played pool and cornhole cooked and was very thankful to be able to all stay together only a few miles from my brother.it is centrally located and in a nice neighborhood.

Great home for multiple families

Rented this home for my mom’s 80th. Kids ranged in age from 5 to 12. This home was perfect! The pool was so much fun (where we spent most of our time), we BBQ’d, made s’mores and took a day trip to Belmont Park (only 25 miles aways). Rooms sizes and accommodations worked well for our group. Would deilfinitely recommend.

Amazing Family Getaway!

We recently stayed here for a 5 day trip to San Diego (close drive to the Zoo, Legoland & SeaWorld). Everything listed on the rental listed was exactly as described. The kids and adults both had an AMAZING time. It is close to the freeway, and easy to access several grocery stores, and fast food/restaurant when needed/wanted. The pool and slide was more amazing than we imagined, and the house had everything we needed. We definitely plan on returning for several trips and look forward to staying here again.

The perfect stay!

We had such an amazing time at this house. The backyard and pool are even better than the photos, we spent many hours out there. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 families of kids, teens, and adults. Nice size gathering area with the kitchen and living room. The location was great, we were a short drive to all the things we wanted to do. Communication with Kevin was easy and we had no problems. We really loved our stay and everyone is already talking about coming back. Thank you!

Family Reunion

We stayed at this property for a family reunion in Oct. The weather was very nice. We paid extra to have the pool heated. We didn't have any issues. We had 9 adults and 2 teens. We needed 6 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds which this house had. There was room for everyone. We had a great time and the house was perfect. There is a no noise outside time of 9:00 pm. This was kinda hard because everyone was outside enjoying the wonderful pool at 9:00 pm. We came in the house and played games. It was a great weekend.

Wonderful stay

Apart from not having the pool not being heated and the water inside the house not warm or hot. It was a wonderful experience and stay for the kids and family. Kevin was very good about getting back to me right away and addressing the issues that we were having. Great host. We had some issues with the pool not being heated and when it was heated the water inside the house was cold. Apart from this everything was wonderful. Thank you for giving our family the opportunity to make wonderful memories in this lovely home! First Xmas without snow and the cold.

It was great for our 4 small families. Great facilities

It worked out overall fantastic for our family group. Golf, swimming pool amazing, pool table, fireplace bedrooms great size, large family gathering room. Everything combined to be very comfortable and accommodating. A few small details by the owner will make this top rated. Need lock on pool pump area. Keep property next door clean from debris. Must have a gate at the front sidewalk area to prevent small children from wandering into the driveway and street. We would do it again. Felt that the extra cost of heating the pool was unwarranted for such a high rental price.
